I miss you Jack. Tune in every time I need an idea for a good meal. Never disappoint. You remind me of my late dad. He was old school like you. Served on a Navy War ship as a stew burner. Cruised the Pacific at the tail end of the Korean War
My dad had a very close friend who was Italian. They were business partners and his name was Antonio Defalco. I am 53 and a former chef but I will never forget the wonderful dishes tony taught me. As a Scotsman I am proud to promote Italian cuisine as one of the finest cuisines in the world. Daddy jack you look and remind me of one of the finest human beings I had ever met. That's Antonio Defalco my dads friend and my friend. God bless.
Greetings from NJ Daddy Jack!! Your videos are awesome, love watching your creations! I have never been to Connecticut, but if I ever do I am going to make sure to stop by. Keep the videos coming my man!
I like anyone else would be honoured to own that pan. I would pay for shipping to Canada. I use to watch the Chaplin’s videos and still do. I have learnt so much from them. Thanks for sharing. Tony
Daddy Jack I'd love to have that pan just having the pan alone would make me a five-star chef knowing all the great Cuisine that's been cooked in that.... keep up the good work Buddy best cooking show on television or the internet
I owe so much to you Jack. You have been an amazing teacher. I cook so many things you've showed for us. Much love to you Jack. ❤ Josh from the Jersey Shore
That burger looks amazing! I watched one of your OLD videos from about 10 years ago yesterday.... rib-eye steak with hunter sauce and tried making it today. OMG, sooooo good! Easy yet so good. I’ve tried many of your “recipes” and they never disappoint. You’ve given me the confidence to cook not using a recipe and they turn out delicious every time. Can’t thank you enough!
Don't know why you started a new channel non my bizz but still following this OG, so laid back with cooking like it's playing an instrument... you can improvise and doesn't have to be textbook as long as you understand what notes go together, taught me alot, Thank you sir.
Work a couple months on a line and you start doing things like that. I'm always impressed by the guys who can transfer fried foods right out of the fryer with just fingers.
The grin on your face, Daddy Jack when she put that hot burger and onions in her mouth, was great! You were waiting for her to get burned and she was a trooper! Man that burger looks so good! Simple and totally Kick-Ass! Bacon, burgers and butter, the 3 Bs of great foods! Thanxz
My son and I follow you diligently. He watches your videos and I amazingly have to follow your recipe. He's a great little chef for being only 9 years old! We would absolutely love to have that well used piece of tremendous talent!
I would take the pan, Jack. I love how in harmony you are with your art and your instruments. That’s the main reason I watch aside from learning proper technique.
Daddy jacks cooking with the blues!! When I visit America I am defo planning on visiting daddy jacks. He keeps cooking straight forward and the flavours he uses you know it’s proper proper comfort tasty delicious food! Can’t wait to visit daddy jacks
I love Chef Jack, and I also live in the NE, so this humidity and heat are not lost on me, but this video was like watching a polar bear in captivity. Someone get this guy a recliner and an icy cold AC unit immediately!
I’d be honored to have that pan. Two new rivets and it’s good to go, WELL SEASONED for sure. Great afternoon meal, sharing the heatwave with all you fine folks; stay cool! (Don’t Care what anyone says, 80/20 is the best damn split there is)
Just took some ground beef out of the freezer and tomorrow I'm giving this a try. Looks great Jack and thank you for sharing. Cheers to ya from Kingston Ontario Canada.
Hello, I’m from Kuwait 🇰🇼 and I love your passion for food and cooking style. So nice and natural. May I ask for a favor? Please show how to cook lasagna your way. Many thanks ❤
You're killing me over here! You are a natural chef. I know more than a couple of guys from Youngstown, Ohio who, not only look like you, but cook like you too. It's weird. They all subscribe to your channel and think you're cool as hell. You kill it every day. Greetings from Y-town. :)
The things you cook reminds me of here in Louisiana. My wife loves to cook Cajun style every day. We enjoy your videos very much. I wouldn’t change a thing sir.
We got the same heat up here in Mass. I got the air conditioning and it's ice cream day today! Heat wave... shmeat shwave. At least it's less humid than yesterday! But only a 2 day heat wave is quite alright. We'll be back to cool in no time.
Suet or lard for the burger? OMG straight to my heart in the best possible way! And I was expecting a sandwich! In Hawaii we certainly have a soft spot for some manner of smothered hamburger steak. I am absolutely going to make this! Well, aside from the bbq sauce as I don't know what's in it ;)
Hey wish I saw this when it was first posted. I would have loved to have that pan. I wish Jack was still around. I wonder what kind of holiday dish he'd be cooking up.
I miss you Jack. Tune in every time I need an idea for a good meal. Never disappoint. You remind me of my late dad. He was old school like you. Served on a Navy War ship as a stew burner. Cruised the Pacific at the tail end of the Korean War

It's not just the food, but the heart and soul that goes into it.
