    Hi SanFran, I do love Leaps and Rebounds. I may be a collector of rebounders soon😀. There is a fairly new fitness bungee rebounder out on the market by the brand Acon. The brand itself is known for stunt trampolines. Anyway, would be nice if you were the first person on youtube to feature workouts with this brand of rebounder as well!

      Thank you 🙏 There are already people using that brand as I’ve seen them I’m sure.

    12 weeks post abdominal open hysterectomy this coming Tuesday 4 th January, been a bumpy, hard recovery , missed your workouts and my weight workouts so much . I was looking for some basic back to beginners health bounce short workouts that I can start with this week , just found this .😊👍🏾Thanks San Fran ! Still my best , fave rebounding teacher / channel hands down . God bless you , your family with health and happiness and blessings on your continued , well deserved growing channel on here ( and your members one , just don’t ever leave us you tubers !!🙏🏾😀) . Now I can start to look through more off your videos to start from scratch with , any recommendations? I’m more looking for feet not jumping or moving far from health bounce for first however many weeks body feels . Thank you Clair . 🙏🏾😊

      So wonderful to hear from you Jesica and this makes me soooooo happy. Well done to you and what a great start to the new year and your recovery.
      So I’d check out the beginners playlist and go for Scott’s rebounding for restricted movement and then my plus size rebounding to. Both great classes with a slower pace and limited feet movements if need be.
      You can also look in the mini moves series that you will find in the workout series playlist. Day 1-3 could be nice 5 min workouts for you if the above are too long.
      Finally in the Series 21 workouts I did a low impact one at around Day 19. Another great one to keep things simple.

      @@sanfranfitness thank you so much Claire, still not started yet as, just been doing walking outside due to fatigue, 😫. I’m delighted to see these recent short videos you and Scott have uploaded this past week and will watch them and see if I can attempt any . It gets me down a bit now to be honest , I have all good intentions then my body has healing pains / gripes only mild but it’s mostly the tiredness. If only I can start somewhere on the trampoline to regenerate my system , i would probably feel so much better for it . Maybe I could set it up in spare room and try 3 x 2 min health bounce this week . One day I’ll be leaving comments I’ve actually managed to do one off your fabulous workouts again .x🙏🏾🙏🏾😏

      @@jessicahamilton9093 try not to worry too much for now because you will get there. This type of workout would be better for you as and when you can feel that you are ready for it, and then as you build our new series that is out at the moment will be there for later.
      I agree that trying a couple of mins a day is much better than going in for a full workout.
      Stay strong and you will be there sooner than you think 💝
