I'm 65 and have been rebounding for a few years now with great results. Seniors: I've seen a HUGE improvement in my balance as well as all the other benefits. Start slowly and work up. You don't need to get a lot of "air" for this to work, just bounce comfortably. I wear sticky socks. Outstanding for squats; get into a low squat position and instead of jumping, push your feet down into the mat. Zero knee pain for me unlike regular squats.

Great video, SUBSCRIBED! I'm 69, recently crashed my skateboard - ruptured MCL/PCL/Meniscus tear - bought a Jumpsport 370 & after one, 20 min gentle bounce my knee pain had disappeared after 4 months of rehab! And the crazy thing is, it feels almost effortless! 20 mins every morning before coffee - 10 mins of strength training - walk the dog for 40 mins & then off for a surf & skate in the arvo! Just get one!! :)

i like the bellicon alot but i do love the leaps and rebounds more, i like the smoothness of bouncing on the leaps and rebounds and the price for a good quailty rebounder is perfect for me!

8:14 fan above the head 😂 don't bounce too high bro!
seriously though I've never heard of this but sounds like a good idea ... I have 3 ruptured discs due to a work injury and constantly in pain and stiffness, this might actually help! I'll have to try it!

Oh I love love love love love my bouncer. I do it every day, at least 20 mn a day, but usually longer, and have been doing this since 2017. It’s impossible to be grumpy after bouncing, plus it keeps me leaner than I was in high school (I’m mid 50s). Combined with yoga and body weight training, it’s the fountain of youth.

Look into Dave Hall and his Cellerciser. Best on the market. I had a $900 Bellicon and gave it away. It pronated my ankles and caused pain and that will never happen on a Cellerciser!!

There are some other more affordable rebounders. The BCan, Leaps and Rebounds, ACON and Jump Sport. These are listed from less expensive to more expensive but all these are definitely less expensive than the Bellicon- not knocking the Bellicon as it’s an excellent rebounder but not every one has either the budget and/desire to spend that much on a rebounder, especially for beginners. The BCan has a firmer bounce of all these and the others have a softer bounce and thus is gentler on the joints than the BCan. I have the ACON and I absolutely love it!
Hope you find one that suits your needs! Rebounding is so much fun and a great exercise you can do at home at your leisure.

Not sure I'm buying the detox part of rebounding 🤔 As a woman it feels like my uterus is going to fall out when on a trampoline and I might pee my pants. Is it fun...yes, but I think there are so many other things you could do to work the muscles in your body. My fun is riding my bike. I'm really enjoying it and its great cardio.

That's not normal. The next stage will be bowel problems... Try the rebounding, and maybe remove some allergens from your diet -- we did that for mom and it stopped her leaks. I also put her on a rebounder when she turned 80. It made a huge difference for her.

Then the BCAN with bungies is a decent entry level unit. If it's too hard you can pop 3-4 of the bungies off to give it a smoother bounce. (Not sure what the manufacturer thinks about that though. :)

Learn yoga. It will take you a few months to learn the postures and movements. Once you know them, you can practice them for free, no equipment, any time and anywhere, even for 10 minutes. .Yoga is VERY effective once you understand how it works. I learned at the YMCA. Took 4 classes per week for about a year. Totally changed my body.

I’m just into my first couple of weeks in rebounding. I think it’s almost like jump rope, but in rebounding there’s no pressure or sudden impact on the joints and you get a bit more jump height and time of weightlessness which, they say, is when the blood flow resumes after the crunch.
