    When I decided to try rebounding I researched them all. Narrowed the choices to JS or Bellicon. Thought I’d go with Bellicon, until I actually started building one and when I saw the final price I just couldn’t pull the trigger. So, back to JS and chose 350 Pro and I’m so pleased with it. It was really the perfect choice for me. I purchased the handle but it is still, 3 years later, in the box! Love the feel, it is easy on my knees, and it is quiet. Just do it, get what fits your budget, your space, and your body. I am 71, no spring chicken.

      Does anyone know how much weight this certain rebounder can withstand? 350 pro?

    Comparison videos are super helpful, thank you so much for reviewing these and posting, especially with input from several people! Just wanted to add a few things I'd found when I was researching rebounders - the BCAN makes a hexagon model that comes with arched legs (amazon reviews indicate it's very stable), and BCANs in general have higher weight limits, I think only them and Bellicon support 350lbs and higher. Leaps and Rebounds has an excellent warranty, they offer lifetime warranties on the mat, frame, and legs and offer a 30-day risk-free jump trial, which is super nice. All that being said, I personally went with the Jumpsport 350 Pro, mainly for one of the reasons you mentioned, the adjustable bungees, and I'm so glad I did, I had peace of mind knowing I'd be able to adjust the tension, and it is wonderful to jump on. I wish it was easier to try out rebounders in real life, but since it's not, videos like these are super appreciated!!!

      Thanks so much for your additional information! I have heard good things about the BCAN hexagon model. I know several who like it. As for the weight limit...Jumpsport rebounders can actually hold more weight than they specify, but because of their extensive warranty on the bungees, they limit them to 325lbs. They are SUPER sturdy, but the additional weight could require bungee replacement sooner than the 5 year home use warranty they offer. I also wish more people could try these out in person! It sure would help a lot of people!

    I have a Jumpsport Pro 350 and a BCAN. I actually removed 4 bungees from the BCAN to ease up on the tension and it's perfect, feels just like my Jumpsport and feels perfectly safe. I'm 5 feet tall and weigh 160.

    I started on a rebounder from Amazon that looks comparable to the BCAN and used it for over a year before i upgraded to the JS 350 Pro. The difference was night and day for me. I was more comfortable doing higher intensity moves on my JS than doing lower intensity moves on my previous one. I thought I wasn't progressing much, but it seems like the rebounder itself was a big factor. In my opinion, the JS is worth every penny and a great investment in my health. It's a quality rebounder that is very sturdy with a smooth bounce.

    Awesome review! I started with a cheap spring one from Amazon. I knew immediately that I was in love with rebounding so I did a lot of research and took the dive for a JumpSport. Yes it was an investment but has been worth every penny. One thing I have found with buying exercise equipment of any kind, it does not pay to get the cheaper one. You won't stay consistent. Hi Nikki! Thank you so much for including our Rebounder in this video review! We love that you mentioned that whatever rebounder works for you is all that matters because rebounding should be fun and not stressful!
    In terms of the bounce for our rebounder, the 40-inch has a firmer bounce due to the bungees being stretched out less. We also now sell soft bungees as well so you can calibrate your bounce and mix them in. We'll have to send you a 48 inch and see what you think!
    We appreciate the feedback and will meet with our team about this, happy bouncing!

    So glad I got a JumpSport, especially after watching this video! I ended up finding mine second hand on Marketplace - I still spent more money than I would have on a BCAN but less than brand new. I live in an apartment where the walls and floors might as well be made of tissue paper and with my first spring rebounder I was always self conscious about the noise it made because I didn't want to bother my neighbours. The JumpSport is so quiet I could probably rebound at 1am and not worry about it.

    Great video review on these three brands of rebounders. I've recently became interested in rebounders. I chose the L&R and I just received my shipping confirmation. I'm excited to get it. I'm a long time walker/runner. Three years ago we joined a gym. My husband and I completed 36 weeks of training with the owner. I'm 72 and in great health; I want to stay that way. Plus, I am not on any meds I want to stay strong and healthy and a rebounder will be that additional help. Another factor in staying healthy for any one is to eat whole foods. I gave up breads, processed sugars and junk food prior to 2015 and that was the best first step I took.

    Thank you so much again for this video. Because of the recommendations,I decided to order a Jumpstart Pro 350 (I had a BCan). . With the help of your “How to change the tension video” I was able to change the tension to medium and just finished my first Earth and Owl workout! What a difference! No noise. No bouncing legs! Interesting…I did feel different muscles were being used (or at least used differently) on this rebounder. Noticed a bit of strain in my knee but think I just need an adjustment period to get used to the different bounce. Overall likes the feel of the bounce much more! Thank you again! And I hope everyone in your household is moving past the Covid!

    I got the BCAN 48” and loved it but it was much bigger than I was wanting. So I bought the BCAN 40” and noticed right away how much more firm it is than the 48”. So, I decided to take 4 bungees off of (1 in each quarter of the circle) and it then felt very comparable to the 48”, which I like.
    So, for newbie rebounders on a tight budget, I recommend the BCAN but removing the bungees until it feels good for you.
    The directions also say you can adjust the tension by removing or adding bungees. I am not sure why that wasn’t tried in the video, but I liked the review. If I find I live rebounding, I may upgrade to the JS in the future.

    Hey Nikki, I’ve been rebounding with you for over a year now. I started with a cheap model from Amazon. When I knew I was going to stick with this I upgraded to a JumpSport Pro 370. Totally worth the extra money. Sturdy, high weight rating, extra “petals” covering the bungee cords, and adjustable tension. I love it. It’s also almost silent, which is great on weekends. I rebound early in the morning and this doesn’t wake up the household.

    In South Africa I bought one from Purple Palm. Also bungee. The bounce is also great so really gentle on back and knees. Really soft, no noise. And it comes with a handle bar, j-legs and very sturdy. My one is 45 inch and has colorful bungees, bright orange, green blue and purple. So it is really playful. I don’t have any back issues and nothing hurts except when I’m on it. I’m 41 and in good health but was really starting to feel old!😂 Now I see it’s probably just the firmness and I don’t weigh enough to make it give much. I think the BCAN 48" is a great choice for heavier folks trying to get in shape - especially for 6-12 months. It is only about $125. I have a Jumpsport, a Bellicon, and just got the Bcan for travel. The Bellicon is my fave out of all, but it's pricey (however, worth every penny.) I am packing up the Bcan for a road trip as I type this! It's not one I'd use daily, but for travel/hotels, it's light weight to haul around. I don't like how the bungees on the Bcan look taped together? That to me means they'll break easily and probably why they send a few extra. Again, I won't be using it daily. Thanks for this review!

    Thank you for all the help you offer this community. I’d like to start rebounding and am ready but need to decide between the 350 & 350 Pro. I know that the difference in bungee count is 30 vs. 36. I currently weigh about 110 and am 5’2”. I’m preferring low impact wanting to move my Lymphatic System via Health Bounce. I’m guessing that the 350 Pro is firmer than the 350. Which should I get ? And if I went with the 350 Pro could I adjust the bungees to be in the softer range of the 350 ? Thank you for your thoughts🦋😊

      At 110, you'd be just fine on the regular 350. I think you'd be very happy with it given your goals. The PRO is nice for people who want to do the choreography routines. Helps with speed.

    Hi Nikki,
    I've had a rebounder (not the same one 😂) for about 40 years. I've always bought the Wal-Mart or sporting goods store model, usually with springs. My current one has elastic bands, and they are losing their tension because the mat sinks more when I'm on it.
    My husband and I are in our early 60s and want to use rebounding regularly to improve our health. We will probably get a stability bar to ensure safety. I'd love to get the JS 350 Pro but worry we will sink down in it, when we're used to the relatively taut cheaper ones. We will probably mostly be doing the health bounce, nothing fancy. I'm just under 200 lbs, and he is just over 200. I have mild lumbar arthritis. My doctor is on board. I would greatly appreciate your thoughts. Thank you. 💕

    • @EarthOwl
      @EarthOwl  2 місяці тому +3

      Greetings! The jumpsport has adjustable tension so you'd want to set it to the firmest setting when it arrives. It will sink more than what you're used to, but it has a lovely responsiveness. Otherwise the Leaps & Rebounds is a good budget friendly choice. It's fairly firm.

    But the BCAN makes it possible to start rebounding without breaking the bank. I do have to be very careful jumping on it with my old joints, but it's a sturdy rebounder that doesn't give out and I prefer the BCAN with springs bcuz the jump on that one is more responsive and a bit less impacting on the joints than the bungee one. I can keep up pace with your workouts on the BCAN with springs.

      I just bought a used bellicon from FB marketplace. I have used a jumpsport pro but this bellicon's rebound is even better and it came with bungees that are too stiff for my weight and the rebound is still better. I have ordered new bungees and a new mat which I am still waiting on but I have zero regrets in buying a used bellicon. Right now, if you can find one quick, there's a huge discount on the mats if you buy bungees which is why I'm upgrading mine from the standard mat it came with to a comfort mat. Good luck! Go with the bellicon if you can. I want to add that I have a bumm knee and scoliosis so I have to be careful. The jumpsport pro did not make me hurt or stiff anywhere so it is a good trampoline to but I now see why people say buy a Bellicon and you won't regret it. Even after buying used and then buying new bungees and a mat my 49" stainless steel bellicon with folding legs costed less than the 44" js pro.

    Hi! I would like to get a rebounder. But I am not sure I understand the difference or benefits of getting a soft or firm rebound. Could you explain? Thanks!!!

    • @EarthOwl
      @EarthOwl  Місяць тому

      Some rebounders have a really soft tension which can be difficult for beginners as it requires a great deal of balance and body control. Some can be so stiff that it's jarring to joints. Getting a quality rebounder can make a big difference in your overall experience. This is why I like the Jumpsport PRO series rebounders. The tension is adjustable and they have the perfect amount of give and spring back. The arched leg design makes them super sturdy as well.

      Sure do! The 350 has 30 bungees vs the 36 of the 350Pro, so slightly looser tension. The 350f is the folding model. I have a bigger JumpSport one with the handle bar. I've had it for several years and the tension in the middle is not as firm. I probably need to tighten the bungees I think there might only be two tightness adjustments the one that's on and another not that it has that you can move it to. I'm wondering if the smaller ones have more adjustment ability? I would really to see you review the cellusizer. Thanks

    • @EarthOwl
      @EarthOwl  2 місяці тому +2

      Hi there! The 44 inch Jumpsport comes in several models. The 400 series has less tension options. You can look underneath the rebounder to see how many knots are on each cord. Another option is to get a replacement set of firm cords and adjust them to their tightest setting. That would make a big difference. Here is my tension video: ua-cam.com/video/CYX9d-4iirk/v-deo.html

      @EarthOwl thank you I will look at how to adjust the Bungie's, I'm not sure which model I have. I guess I do have the two knots above and two knots below the clip as shown in the video. Are there jump spots with more knots than this? I didn't realize I could adjust one side for medium I thought I was going to have to adjust both sides and then my Bungie's would get worn out a little quicker so I've been jumping on the Lesser tension. How long do the bungees last? Thanks

      @EarthOwl there wasn't a sticker but I found a paper that said it's 550fi. I do know my skirt is different because it's one loop around and it folds up on one side which I'm not thrilled about I'm also wondering if The netting platform is different? There's a brief picture of the seven configurations on Bungie adjustments but some of them are confusing, so I'm wondering your thoughts on all these configurations would uneven tightening of some of them wear it out quicker? Or do they make much difference between the adjustments? can you do a video on all seven configurations and your thoughts on it? Thanks

    • @EarthOwl
