    Love this workout! I thought I was the only one using my rebounder for “steps”. LOL. I did 3000+ today with you which puts my total just over 4000 for the morning before work. My daily goal is 15000. Thanks so much! You rock!

      That’s so positive to hear Elizabeth. Thank you. Have you tried some of our low impact workouts in the beginners playlist? We did a few for Restricted Movement, Fatigue and plus size. The movements and pace have all been slowed down so that hopefully they can be easier on the joints etc. We hope these help to 😊

    Thank you again for such a simple activity. I have hyper mobile joints, so I spend a good deal thinking about how to maintain my balance. I do have a balance bar. I'm not always sure how to distribute my weight on my feet. I figure that if I keep listening and do what you instruct, I'll get there. I do some of the arms. I'm concentrating on so much on my balance and weight distribution that I don't always remember to move them in coordinated movements. I'll get there someday.

    I can easily do 5000- 10000 jumps on the rebounder, maybe sometimes I can split them in a day. I have to lose 5-6 kilos in my overall weight (my bloated looking stomach after menopause), do you think I would be able to lose weight in about 2 months?
    Please respond as soon as possible. Thank you.

    • @sanfranfitness
      @sanfranfitness  Місяць тому +1

      @@ramannth that depends on you and your day to day life? You can’t rely on just rebounding you have to look at what you are eating, are you doing resistance training as well, are you drinking water and sleeping well? So many factors that go with weight loss.

    • @ramannth
      @ramannth Місяць тому

      @@sanfranfitness Yes, I am doing regular weight training, some basic yoga, and, I have been doing IF for almost 2 and half years and I also drink lots of water and take lots of salad. I also do a lot of face/ neck exercises. It is only my after menopause tummy I am unable to get rid of.
      I have been in the fitness line for almost 30 years teaching Aerobics and weight training.
      I also used to do 4000 times skipping, and I am not new to rebounding, but only problem I had was that my Reebok rebounder had the hook coming out twice,and there was no Reebok service center in India, and I somehow got it fixed by a cobbler and after few years it again happened and the cobbler also could not fix it for me, so i was a little afraid to use with just 1 hook not being fixed.
      Anyway I took courage and started to use it slowly and found no reason to be frightened for it was pretty firm, with the strong support of the other hooks.
      I got about 3,500 Jumps in about 40 mins. and so soon I can improve it to 5000.
      I am 65 1/2 years old, now I can only do straight high jumps, jumping Jacks and twists on the Rebounder. I simply enjoy jumping on it, it is almost like a meditation for me.
      I know one cannot target one single part of the body in any form of exercise, but still my main goal is to get rid of my tummy fat.
      Thanks for your response.

    Heads up! The free version of this workout cuts off at 5000 steps. I wished the instructor would’ve verbally disclosed this in the beginning. It was a let down. The workout was a bit redundant without much variety up to the 5k steps that I was allowed.

    • @sanfranfitness
      @sanfranfitness  2 роки тому +3

      Thank you Sara for your comment but actually if you watch the video from the start you will see it comes up on the screen that 10,000 steps is for website members, followed by 5,000 steps will be for youtubers. Also in the information of this video we clearly state that this video is UP TO 5,000 steps and if you wish to do the full 10,000 you will either need to repeat the video or join our website!
      We would appreciate you therefore double checking this before you choose to then write incorrect information!
      All the best and have a wonderful day 😊

      When I was searching for a UA-cam rebounding workout, I was not reading the fine print and doubt anyone is interested in doing this workout twice in a row as the flow just drops at the 5k mark, lame!
      I’m not doubting your program. I’m just commenting on my experience with this one option. Are all your UA-cam options like this? Meaning do they cut the viewer off mid workout?
      As a prospect client, it would have been nice to hear the instructor verbally say, this video will be cut at the 5k mark, that’s just my preference. But hey, that’s just me.

    • @sanfranfitness
      @sanfranfitness  2 роки тому +3

      @@saraorella835 no we have few videos like this and it’s because we like to give our followers the option of seeing the style of workouts we offer on our website.
      Personally I don’t see what the difference is to an instructor saying it will cut off at 5000 steps or reading what pops up on the screen.
      I would also like to say that this is “FREE” content for you to enjoy. Being a UA-camr is tough as UA-cam have many restrictions when it comes to music in our industry, so a little gratitude for ALL of us producing FREE content for you all is always nice.
      I hope you find a workout that isn’t lame and suits your needs We have had many people that appreciate this style of workout because they can work at their own pace and not feel rushed or havecomplicated moves. So whilst I understand this might not be your cup of tea, there are many people that this has appealed to for low impact options.
      Good luck in your search for a better workout 😃
