Definitely going to be a workout I return to often, as I am healing lymphedema in the legs and my legs aren't working great yet. I was able to keep moving even if I couldn't do all the leg movements exactly, and the variety was perfect. Arm movements are also perfect, I have to modify the left side but finding out it is able to move farther than I thought! I have stage 4 cancer with big effect on the left chest area so this is wonderful to jump into and feel energized by the movement. So, so important for getting that lymph to respond again. Thank you so much!

This was excellent & easy on my 78 yr old joints and muscles. It’s a break from that 25 min SanFran boost & lymphatic exercise that’s more intense than this one which I do everyday. I admit I miss a day when sometimes I’m lazy or running errands!😂

Hi! I was an avid rebounder (love your workouts) until I injured my back last October. I couldn't do much for a long time, but I've been in physiotherapy and doing strenght exercises. Yesterday, FINALLY, I was able to follow your 20-minute low impact video with absolutely no pain. I'm so happy!! I'll try this one today and see how I feel. Thank you!!

Did a big walk today so felt tired afterwards , but still wanted to do a little workout. This was perfect and weirdly i found i had more energy as it went on , so i carried each exercise through the rest parts. Its really perked me up. So I'm definitely doing this again and I'm still smiling. 😄😄 .

Back to this one again and starting off slowly afer having a cold the past week. I love that you can increase the intensity if a bit too light. I'm sweating too.
I added this onto some upper and lower body strength training as a finisher and loved it! Perfect low impact,but oh so effective moves! I'm feeling wonderful! 🤩

Definitely a Meh day today...dreary and rainy here so i added this on to my weights workout and immediately felt better. A great workout that you can make your own , and i loved the stretching and toning at the end ..i did those twice. 😊

Thank you. It depends what type of trampoline you have? If it’s bungee cord like ours then that’s fine but with sprung we would always recommend wearing trainers

@@1979fabrice take a look in the circuit playlist as we have a huge selection there. If a video is too fast you can slow it down by using the playback settings and changing the speed there
That was great! I have a high stress job so this session is perfect. I feel like I have had a workout but my tank still has fuel in it, if you know what I mean.

We have some stretches in our supple strength playlist but generally most of our classes we add them onto the end of the workout.

Really enjoyable beginners workout. Perfect. I noticed you are barefoot. Do you recommend this or trainers for beginners. Or should it be barefoot all the way?
Thank you. It depends what type of trampoline you have? If it’s bungee cord like ours then that’s fine but with sprung we would always recommend wearing trainers
