Honestly just the Forehand. It is so satisfying watching throwing a hammer of a forehand but when i try it, it either goes to the left or right... And i woiuld consider myself a decent thrower but the forehand is tuff....

Big "thank you" to Paige. She corrected issues that clinics, lessons, and other UA-cam videos had not addressed. Instead of saying your upper body timing must match your lower body timing, she broke it down and explained to how to make that possible. She deserves a million Christmas cards from disc golfers this year.

This is the best backhand instruction I have found on UA-cam. What disc weight is preferred? I’m learning that the same disc is available in different weights

Thanks Paige, Kelsey and Brodie. I'm a lefty learning the game in Ethiopia, and I literally have the left handed version of Kelsey's mistakes. I'll work on it!

My mouth was open half of the time in this video, learning so much... When Kelsey threw that driver, I saw what happens with my drivers. MIND. BLOWN. *Leaves work early for some field work*

Useful info! When Paige handed Kelsey the driver I was like "That's going hard left." xD
