2022 Yamaha R7 | 3 FAST Facts

The 2022 Yamaha R7 was released just last year but the talk about it is still very much in conversation. Most Yamaha riders were surprised the day that the brand announced that they would be discontinuing their legendary and highly popular R6 model. I remember the disappointment felt around the world when this news broke.
Not so long after the news was released, Yamaha made an announcement that they were getting ready to release a new model called the R7! This was such great news to many all over, but what we didn’t know was that this R7 would be another take on the mid range market. While the R7 differs in performance from the R6, it does do well in the mid range segment as it out performs some of its top competitors like the Kawasaki Ninja 650.
The R7’s ergonomics and power make this bike an excellent choice to hit the tracks and even does well on highways. It’s definitely a step up from the famed R3 and is even slimmer in profile to it. In this video, I’m quickly going over 3 fast-ish facts about this motorcycle that has been the topic of conversation in the Motorcycle world.
