I've never actually gave the truck a real fair chance to not blow Head Gaskets. The first time was after I bought it with the original head gaskets, the second was because a shop didn't clean the block up and didn't tourqe the studs correctly, the third was because I reused old studs that had been over tourqed and stretched and used the weak mahle 6.5 std head gaskets on a questionable block surface. So I got a new ARP Stud kit, resurfaced the Block and Heads, checked for flatness, tourqed to 110ft-lbs instead of 120 and retarded the timing to keep combustion pressure down. It's been over a Sun cycle (year) since my repairs and all is well. I now blow exhaust gaskets instead of head gaskets lol
Awesome dude!
I love this truck! Keep them videos coming!!
Well that’s the reason you keep blowing heads 13 psi is the sweet spot for a 6.2 for egts etc and shouldn’t be pushed regardless

doesn't seem like she is working that hard
Only half-3/4 throttle.I may have a stuck Injector or lifter. Not yet sure if it's anything or just the different sounds everything makes.
