If I order a bike with the upgraded controller, does it come installed or do I need to do this surprisingly complicated install myself?
Idk about surprising, you’re changing out a major component plus the central wiring harness it’s going to end up being a little involved imo. The torque spec on the controller is important though don’t sleep on having a nice torque wrench available.
