Hey mate, thanks for your comment!
Id probably use a 80 grit flap disc,
First define the point, shaped then bring back down to sharp.

With the heat treat on this knife i tried to keep the mower blade factory hardness that why i kept pouring water on it.

what discs were you using?

Thanks for your comment! So for the cutting I was using 1mm cutting discs, and for the grinding and bevels I used a steel grinding disc and a 80 grit sandpaper disc. Hope this helps!
