Another great reaction to an amazing band. Yes Donna Freddie was the ultimate showman and knew how to engage the crowd. Pure talent, no autotune or lip singing, pure talent from the whole band.
Absolutely hilarious. Mom clawing at the air talking about Freddie and Lulu says "oh no". Priceless and definitely one of my favorite reactions that I've seen. Great Job Ladies and Thank you.
This is the performance you need to see to really experience Freddy Mercury. Brian May later said that Freddy carried them in this show. The rest felt it wasn't their best performance but he just went to another level. It's been said that this is the performance that turned Live Aid into a success.
Before Queen made it, Freddie said he would not be a rock star, he would be a legend. He was not wrong. The most legendary front man ever!!! And listen to Queen, White Queen, live at the Rainbow.
He is more than a shown. He is a genius-level Singer and composed first of all. Kept making music long after he could perform on stage and literally until he physically couldn't stand up or sing any longer.
Queen's stint at the Live Aid benefit concert (1982) is often put forward as one of the best live performances of all time. Worth a watch - it's only about 20 minutes long.
First music I ever bought was Queen - We are the champions/We will rock you, the single, I was 8 years old, 1978. Later I bought 'Bicycle/Fat bottomed girls'. They did the Flash Gordon soundtrack....love that song and movie! They did the soundtrack for Highlander, another GREAT movie and 'Who wants to live forever' is breathtaking. Last year I finally bought all 3 boxes with all the remastered albums on cd. I grew up with this band. My dad coming into my bedroom and then we played 'We will rock you' really loud and with the solo the sound went even further up. What a band!
Guys, SORRY for so many comments! (Last one) You asked if there any performances crazier than this one? RECOMMEND: “SHEER HEART ATTACK” Live at MONTREAL in 1981 (Freddie didn’t actually get very “wild like that” onstage very often… but this one I mentioned, even makes me - an old married lady - blush.) Momma will LIKE it!😘
Oh and I have seen Queen live (with Freddie, with Paul Rogers and with Adam Lambert) .... with the recent shows this song comes on and all the Ladies are up dancing! ALL the ladies.
Kathy.. You would definitely remember Freddie with his shirt off. That jacket sometimes comes off by the end of the concert. Love your reaction. You all turned the screen RED lol
Queen at Live Aid which was broadcasted live on TV to millions of people around the world was one of the best concerts ever performed in history. Freddy had the audience wrapped around his finger, talk about crowd control. Others famous singers who sang at Live Aid said there is no way we can top this performance by Queen. A lot of reactors react to Queen at Live Aid 1985.
“I LIKE THE HAIR” 😅😂🤣😘 You should look up and show Lulu a photo of guitarist Brian May, nowadays… SAME HAIR. AND… hopefully you’ll react to an early 1970s Queen performance sometime… Talk about GORGEOUS LONG HAIR (on all the guys). RECOMMEND: “LIAR” Live at The Rainbow in 1974 P.S. I was tempted to take a screenshot of all your DIFFERENT expressions during the Pole Dancing. 🤣🤣🤣
It was such fun to watch you guys have such a good time! Queen has a massive catalog (1973-1991). Some of their earliest songs are epic, so check them out. Please more Queen!!
I love this song and this performance. Freddie is all amped up. Brian wrote this song for Freddie because he said Freddie liked his partners a bit on the curvy side. Thank you for your reactions.
QUEEN is an experience Live, and there's a lot of material on UA-cam. Recommended: Wembley 86 and Montreal 1981. Live Aid 1985 may have been the best set ever by any band
Thanks, Ladies - glad you saw it live.. a rocker written by Brian May.. but the whole band is on fire.. as usual when they are live... appreciate your reaction! (Freddie's vocals are pretty clear, but seeing the actual lyrics might be enjoyable, as well.. if you haven't lol)
I totally agree with everybody on the picks of Bohemian Rhapsody official music video (remastered) from 1975 and definitely the 1985 Live Aid (long version). In that order of play. 16:58
Fat bottomed girls, you make the rockin world go round. one of my favorite lines. This has been one of my favorite songs since it was first released back in the 70s. Fun reaction.👏👏👏👏🤙🤙🤙🤙
BTW Ladies… Did you know that lead singer Freddie Mercury also sang/recorded an album of OPERA?!? The album and title track are titled: Barcelona. (There are live performances of 3 songs from the album, all live at La Nit) Freddie collaborated with Spanish operatic soprano Montserrat Caballé (nickname Montsey). Those two were the FIRST-ever professional singers to cross music genres and collaborate on an album w a singer from a different music genre.
Love the three generations, love the pretty ladies, love the young lady being named Lulu! It's not easy having an unusual name, until you get older. Then it's awesome. Loved your video!
I was lucky enough to have seen them do this live....twice! For some reason, they've left it off a greatest hits album recently. Seems somebody got their fat bottom hurt over it.
You ladies should check out the studio version of "Somebody to Love"... and that will set you up for the LIVE IN MONTREAL version, later. I just think you might appreciate it more if you hear the recorded version first. Also, this song pre-dates mullets.
I really love that you have got into some of the older generation music, your mother is my age, i have commented on others, i must have missed this one, Just to see the joy in her face, you can see her memories flooding back, as it does for me,live aid, and the bee gees i know you have done. As your mum will tell you and please ask her i know it will make her smile The 80's best era, big hair for the ladies, pastel colours, shoulder pads, just coming to the end of the disco era, bright make up, the new wave for the boys, lots of hair, box jackets, flight jackets from the first top gun, flight sun glasses, the mirrors one, yeah she knows lol Lee and wrangler jeans levi if you could afford them , leg warmers for the girls, what a great time to be alive. we dont have the music or the videos of that era, proper dating, no mobile phones in those days, or internet, had to wait a week to see the girl you liked, or make the most of the weekend, back to work see her friday,
This song ties directly into "Bicycle Race". Another totally fun song. On a related note, please wish a belated happy birthday to Queen's guitarist, Sir Brian May, who turned 77 on July 19th. Did you know he holds a Ph.D. in astrophysics?
If lulu wants t see a good mullet…. Get her to check out the one live performance of kate bush’s Running up that Hill, it features dave gilmour on lead guitar, the bass player on that had one helluva mullet…..plus sounded good
Anytime ya react to Queen...watch your numbers go up!!!! The beginning of this has some similar harmonies to an Eagles song called 7 Bridges Road. Maybe that was what was familiar to Kathy. Great job ladies. 🍻👏🤟
"Bicycle Race" was the other side of the single, and they didn't label an a or a b side. It's one of the most carefree ridiculous things they ever did, and the original music video stands as the cheekiest ever made. (If you know what I mean.) 🤭
Queen Somebody To Love live montreal 1981 is one of the greatest live performances you will ever watch! Think you will love that one! 👍👌😎🔥💯
You can’t go wrong with Queen. Their catalogue is huge. Greatest band of all time for me.
Hope to see more reactions from you on them🤞🏻
Another great reaction to an amazing band. Yes Donna Freddie was the ultimate showman and knew how to engage the crowd. Pure talent, no autotune or lip singing, pure talent from the whole band.
Yes, he was so talented. Thanks for watching.
AMEN to that. Back when music was real and musicians actually perfected their craft.
Absolutely hilarious. Mom clawing at the air talking about Freddie and Lulu says "oh no". Priceless and definitely one of my favorite reactions that I've seen. Great Job Ladies and Thank you.
Thanks for watching
Freddie was there ultimate showman. Combined with a great voice. I'm a big fan of queen's.
You all were hilarious! This was a massive hit! Everybody had so much fun! The "fat bottom girls" back in my day took this as an anthem!
Hey Ladies! QUEEN!!! Freddie was the ultimate frontman! He is SO missed!!🎙🎙🎙🕊🕊🕊👍😎
Hahaha, momma, your eyes said it all watching Freddy
I'm only 26 but grew up listening; I love how there were fangirls even back then
The best live performance by Queen was the Live Aid performance from 1985, many say it's the best ever live performance by any band.
Nah, that was just Queen being Queen. They're always that good.
This is the performance you need to see to really experience Freddy Mercury. Brian May later said that Freddy carried them in this show. The rest felt it wasn't their best performance but he just went to another level. It's been said that this is the performance that turned Live Aid into a success.
Queen Live Aid, The Greatest set ever, Freddy Owns the Stage And the Crowd 😱
You need to watch Queen’s Live Aid performance. One of the best , if not thee best and most iconic live performance of all time
you ladies may enjoy Queens " i want to break free" a real game changer in music videos .
Somebody to love live at Montreal 1981 🔥🔥🔥
Before Queen made it, Freddie said he would not be a rock star, he would be a legend. He was not wrong. The most legendary front man ever!!! And listen to Queen, White Queen, live at the Rainbow.
Listen to "The march of the Black Queen/Funny how love is" from Queen II.
Funny, the young girl is having none of this nonsense. The two adults, the elder is jamin'! Total reaction.
Now this is a reaction like I like them! Good music and a lively discussion with Donna and Kathy involved and Lulu doing her share 🙂
Freddie always lived life to the fullest! I saw Queen several times and Freddie was the ultimate showman that is for sure.
Freddie, greatest showman that ever lived, talked by girls, talked by boys, talked by women , talked by men, he reached them all :P even today :P
He is more than a shown. He is a genius-level Singer and composed first of all. Kept making music long after he could perform on stage and literally until he physically couldn't stand up or sing any longer.
I mean Freddie was 100% gay tho.
@@TreyMessiah95 actually bisexual
Greatest front man in the history of rock and roll!
I think you finally broke Lulu!!!!!! There will never be a front man as great as Freddy Mercury...period!!!!!!!!
And still you don't know that his name is Freddie...
Queen's stint at the Live Aid benefit concert (1982) is often put forward as one of the best live performances of all time.
Worth a watch - it's only about 20 minutes long.
1985 and 22 mins... saw them also in 80 and 86.... best concerts I ever went to!
You're right - thanks for the correction!
It was an amazing response from the crowd, given that most of them weren't particularly there to see Queen.
what a lovely combination of 3 generations listening to different kinds of music so cool
Freddie was so humorous and talented.
Bohemian Rhapsody ? One of the most iconic songs of all time.
Roger Taylor's (drummer) backing vocals... Amazing. Always cracked me that Freddie was singing about fat bottom girls HAHAHAHA
HURRAYYYY…
THANK YOU, Ladies! This is one of my ALL-TIME FAVORITE performances!
Glad you enjoyed it
I was so lucky to see Queen, just once, but it was unforgettable.
The consummate showman.
The best bit was you guys losing it at the end!🤣🤣❤❤
Queen has sold over 300 million albums worldwide
First music I ever bought was Queen - We are the champions/We will rock you, the single, I was 8 years old, 1978. Later I bought 'Bicycle/Fat bottomed girls'. They did the Flash Gordon soundtrack....love that song and movie! They did the soundtrack for Highlander, another GREAT movie and 'Who wants to live forever' is breathtaking.

What a band!
"another one bite the dust" live Montreal 81...never,never disappoint
YESSSS!!
Hello Kathy, Lulu, and Donna, nice to meet you lovely ladies.
Guys,
SORRY for so many comments!
(Last one)
You asked if there any performances crazier than this one?
RECOMMEND:
“SHEER HEART ATTACK”
Live at MONTREAL in 1981
(Freddie didn’t actually get very “wild like that” onstage very often… but this one I mentioned, even makes me - an old married lady - blush.)
Momma will LIKE it!😘
Thank you so much for the recommendation. You can never comment to much.
Brilliant song, brilliant band, you need to do lots more Queen
Queen as a band is one of the most important acts in Rock history. They're up there with the Beatles, the Stones, and Led Zep for impact.
Oh and I have seen Queen live (with Freddie, with Paul Rogers and with Adam Lambert) .... with the recent shows this song comes on and all the Ladies are up dancing! ALL the ladies.
The private school in India that Freddie was sent to as a kid, puts on a concert of Queen songs every year in his memory.
Kathy.. You would definitely remember Freddie with his shirt off. That jacket sometimes comes off by the end of the concert. Love your reaction. You all turned the screen RED lol
Lol
Surely Kathy must have seen the video for Bohemian Rhapsody, their first great hit?
No scaffolding was harmed in the making of this video....BTW...Freddie was dressing to the left...
LMBO. Guess that's part of his "showmanship".
😂😂😂😂
The world could quite often tell that Freddie was dressing to the left (through no fault of his own, he couldn’t help being well endowed)😉
@@firedoc5😲😄😂🤣
Saw them four times in Chicago in the 70s! The last time we had seats in the tenth row center! What a show!!👍👍👍
Awesome
That must’ve been FANTASTIC!
Yea the next act that was due on after queen were documented as saying "how the f%&k am i supposed to follow that" lol
@@calumknight9178 Elton John
@hrothgar64 no elton john was the one who barged into their trailer after they'd been on "you bastards stole the show" lol
It was ok
It was ok
“I LIKE THE HAIR”
😅😂🤣😘
You should look up and show Lulu a photo of guitarist Brian May, nowadays… SAME HAIR.
AND… hopefully you’ll react to an early 1970s Queen performance sometime…
Talk about GORGEOUS LONG HAIR (on all the guys).
RECOMMEND:
“LIAR”
Live at The Rainbow in 1974
P.S. I was tempted to take a screenshot of all your DIFFERENT expressions during the Pole Dancing.
🤣🤣🤣
Lol
I always loved this song, one of my fav Queen songs.
The reaction here was totally worth the time i spent here today! So much fun! Still laughing 🤣🤣🤣
Glad you enjoyed it
LOL you ladies are a lot of fun! I love your channel.
Thanks
Freddie will show you his voice!
You should do some more Queen reactions. For example, Somebody To Love from this show which was at Milton Keynes in 1982
YESSS PLEASE, that’s my FAVORITE rendition of that song!!
It was such fun to watch you guys have such a good time! Queen has a massive catalog (1973-1991). Some of their earliest songs are epic, so check them out. Please more Queen!!
Kathy's glistening again LOL!!!
Such a great show man I agree ladies and what a great preformance too. Wintersun Alex ❄️❤️
One of the funniest reactions I’ve ever seen. This really brought something out in Kathy.
That is some good old fashioned family entertainment! 😂😂🤘🏻
Best reaction I've seen all year. You guys had me laughing... love it!
Live Aid at Wembly 1985 , Fredy had the whole stadium at hes mercy , every one singing and clappping , Greatest ever
Brilliant reaction ❤ you should try the official video for I Want To Break Free think you would love it ❤❤
Thank you
Excellent suggestion!
I've only seen a few of your videos, but Lulu's conservative reaction is hilarious and adorable.
Love the Granny! You can she enjoys it the most.
Love watching your reactions 😅😅
Thanks
I love this song and this performance. Freddie is all amped up. Brian wrote this song for Freddie because he said Freddie liked his partners a bit on the curvy side. Thank you for your reactions.
QUEEN is an experience Live, and there's a lot of material on UA-cam. Recommended: Wembley 86 and Montreal 1981. Live Aid 1985 may have been the best set ever by any band
The guitarist, Brian May, wrote the song. Freddy loved many men, but was devoted to only one woman.
One of the funniest reactions I have seen in a long time. You gals are hilarious.
Thank you
Your reactions are as entertaining as the song!! Don’t ever change and keep on rocking, ladies!!!
Thanks
Lol the apple didn't fall far from the tree lol
Cathy you're so bad!!!😂 love you ladies and you gotta love QUEEN as always keep on rocking 🤟
Yes, she is a mess.
Probably the greatest band ever...🎉
I used to have the chorus from this song as my ringtone 😂
I totally agree with everybody on the picks of Bohemian Rhapsody official music video (remastered) from 1975 and definitely the 1985 Live Aid (long version). In that order of play. 16:58
And Kathy CONTROL yourself!! Lol Wintersun Alex ❄️❤️
The look on Lulu's face was priceless😂😂😂
Fat bottomed girls, you make the rockin world go round. one of my favorite lines. This has been one of my favorite songs since it was first released back in the 70s. Fun reaction.👏👏👏👏🤙🤙🤙🤙

Donna, I don't sit around watching videos. 🤔 Isn't that what you are doing. 🤭😂😂😂
I meant before the channel.
Awesome song Awesome album
Great reaction. They were amazing in concert.
Yes it was!
Great reaction and discussion, ladies!

Thanks
You ladies gave me a good giggle tonight!! thanks for the entertaining reaction!!
Glad you enjoyed it
Reminds me of the song by SPINAL TAP called - Big Bottom 🎸
Not a Queen fan myself but the reaction was top drawer. I loved Lulu's agonizing Oh No!
Lol
I was lucky enough to have seen them do this live....twice! For some reason, they've left it off a greatest hits album recently. Seems somebody got their fat bottom hurt over it.

'Queen - Hammer To Fall - Live at Wembley 1986/07/12' More of Freddie being . . . well, Freddie!
Queen was really Good. But Freddie was an absolutely Great singer !
I really love that you have got into some of the older generation music, your mother is my age, i have commented on others, i must have missed this one,

The 80's best era, big hair for the ladies, pastel colours, shoulder pads, just coming to the end of the disco era, bright make up, the new wave
for the boys, lots of hair, box jackets, flight jackets from the first top gun, flight sun glasses, the mirrors one, yeah she knows lol
Lee and wrangler jeans levi if you could afford them , leg warmers for the girls, what a great time to be alive.
we dont have the music or the videos of that era, proper dating, no mobile phones in those days, or internet, had to wait a week to see the girl you liked, or make the most of the weekend, back to work see her friday,
Thank you
I was at that gig. Milton Keynes Bowl, UK, June 1982.
Wish I had seen them live in concert, MTV days video, just on TV 👌😎👍🥁🎤🎸🎸
A great song ! Love your reactions!
Thanks
The best is Somebody to Love at Montreal 1981 ! Watch that!!!!
Ya got to love Queen -Freddie Mercury-what a voice
At least one of them seems to have a grasp of the real world. Good on you, Granny.
This is a song that should be on every road, played loud and everyone singing along. It was a double A side with Bicycle Race.
This song ties directly into "Bicycle Race". Another totally fun song.
On a related note, please wish a belated happy birthday to Queen's guitarist, Sir Brian May, who turned 77 on July 19th. Did you know he holds a Ph.D. in astrophysics?
And he also wrote is one and most of their heaviest ones

Try "Somebody to Love" live in Montreal by Queen, amazing
