Really hope the next years version adds a proper DOF game mode, cause there are just so many issues with these types of saves, even though they're really fun. Imagine how much better they'd be to play if the press conferences would only ask you DOF questions, the board only rated you based on DOF responsibilities, managers wanted to join you without getting pissy at the "assistant" title, you could apply for open DOF positions and even have good/bad working relationships with certain managers based on their specific preferences and demands. For me, using the editor is the only way to get close to that immersion.

Are those requests then just being skipped ? And if so don't you then deteriorate the dressing room atmosphere ? Thanks again for the great work !
I’ve tried this a few times now following your video step by step and for some reason my AM just doesn’t want to make any subs at all, even after I’ve changed to upgrade the AM
Nice video. Tried the "Watching Man" as I wanted to see the highlights of the game but it seems to be broken. I choose Dortmund, 2nd best team in Germany and the AM won only 10 games out of 50, eliminated in 2nd round of the cup, last in CL group stage. I accidentally missed to view 2 games with Watching Man that got won clearly. In the games own players performance is never above 6.6, opponents always above 7.0 completely through the entire team. My team is extremely under-performing in XG while the opponent absolutely over-performing, hitting post & bar 5x a game. Would have been terminated without editor. Fan & board rating 6. Now I decided to cancel this project as the 2nd season started with a 1-5 loss with 1-1 XG against Schalke. I had enough! 🙂 Sadly no Watching Man for me ever again! Only auto-resolve and watching goals afterwards but this is sadly taking the tension. Anyone else having that issue?
i did this with psg and bulldozered won the league 20x CL X 8 MULTIPLE french cups went to ac milan won the league/europa league BUT it went TITS UP at hertha berlin villerial and a austria wien gone to brighton now (2056) battling for europe but using my own tactic to scared to go DOF incase it goes tits up LOL
