I think I'll refer my doctor to this channel so she understands me. Antidepressants isn't the answer but accupuncture/deep tissue massage, a healthy diet and a good night's sleep works wonders
1. You are your own best healer. 2. Look at the patterns in your life, and don't get caught up with the individual symptoms. 3. Focus on the big levers in your life and not just the little things. 4. Look at your own beliefs about your ability to heal. 5. Understand your own unique constitution and what effects it.
Hey Alex, I want to learn more about TCM, can you recommend any good resources/books to read/watch to learn about it? And I would also like to try out Qi Gong, what do you think of the Dragon and Tiger Qi Gong compared to the Shaking Qi Gong, and what resources can you recommend to learn practicing Qi Gong? Greetings ✌
Digestion. A hundred times. Digestion. I had colic the first 2 months of my life, at 13, my dad made broccoli for dinner and I went to a friends house for a sleepover and thought I was gunna die in the middle of the night from the stomach pain. Thru hs, all I ate was sugar or I didn’t eat at all because food made me feel so icky. I was able to function off very little food til my 20s but was always tired and exercising was impossible cuz I couldn’t keep up with the food my body wanted. If I didn’t eat after a workout the physical pain I felt….. only went away with GOOD food. I gave up exercising and opted for a more sedentary life because I didn’t kno what else to do. I got into health and wellness on my own cuz even back in the early 2000s, I wasn’t a fan of western medicine. About 6 years ago, I think I finally ‘broke’ my metabolism😅, I tried to become vegetarian and was eating ALOT of lentils and…. Pretty sure I almost died. Never saw a doc. Bout a year later. Went thru an extremely emotionally painful breakup and that’s when the worst of my gut problems began… I literally couldn’t eat anything without extreme abdominal pain. I was more or less confined to bed for about 6mos. what finally helped was taking an HSO probiotic… I’ve followed some Ayurvedic practices for almost 10yrs now and started school to be an Ayurvedic practioner… but my health took another turn and I couldn’t handle the classes so I had to drop out. I’m still having a lot of problems with my health tho…. It is def an ongoing process. Wish I could afford to see a TCM doc. Thank you for these videos❤

Another great video✨ Have you heard the story of the 5 blind men and the elephant who don’t realize that the elephant is 1 entirety?
Love that story. It actually makes me think so much of all the different approaches to medicine - each one is a blind man that has a piece.
Traditional wn medical route just doesn't work (if u are not dying in months). painful lesson learnt! >< lol. Cant agree more with what u shared!
Try avoiding onion, garlic and mushrooms for a month and see the effect on your body
Nice
