Oh wow 😮 this guy is by far one of the best chefs I’ve seen!! He definitely has a passion for cooking and the way he prepares each dish with and care and precision is Remarkable 😊!! Since thanks for sharing this one… of all the Japanese dinning out videos (over many channels) I’ve ever watched (and there has been many) this is the only place I’ve ever been too that has been on video… totally recommended… on the premise I always stay at the Hotel New Okura (Hakata) when in Fukuoka… call me old fashioned, but the hotel has a unique elegance both in style and service… try the Japanese breakfast on the top floor as a guest… I know it’s not fashionable these days, but as a smoker your can still book a smoking room… that has a near fictional Murakami air of a Jazz era long gone… after a deep soak… post dinner… a yellowed paperback & fine malt/sake enjoyed whilst casually watching the lights of the city flicker… relaxing to the max… easy in my top five Japanese location… back at the hotel in a few weeks’ time ;-)
