It depends if you are use to it or not. I'm giving speaches in both my second and third language, But I would never even try to do it in my fourth language... Because my Italian suck
I've done this plenty of times and it's not so hard as long as you feel confident about your level of this language

I find myself smiling every single episode I ever watch from you guys, it's amazing honestly. Watching these videos makes me want to go out and do these things, but i've developed an intense social anxiety and could never pull myself to doing any of these things, I always go "tomorrow i'll do this" and tomorrow comes and it was just a thought from the previous day. really hard to push myself to do things with not only that but the lack of motivation i've grown accustomed to over the years.

Your helping people be in touch with humans honestly what we need! Nowadays it's so damn hard as a single parent it's even harder understanding what others might be going through but still knowing what connection means and knowing it's the most important thing is just so amazing you can do this through a challenge, a vlog, an idea! This is brilliant and I hope more people watch every video to be more in touch with humanity since our ancestors that did nor have the means of technology or fridges things like plastic and fuel needs who were so in touch with nature and connection to people and never had to deal with the crap we deal with today.

this video made me want to be more confident and less shy. When I leave my house, I want to be able to walk with my head up and with no worries of what others will think, I want to spread positivity in a place that needs more of it (my hometown). I made a goal to myself, that in my up-coming last year of high school, I want to have as many positive interactions as I can. To make someone else happy is what makes me happy. With a school of two thousand people, it’s hard to make friends or even talk to others because everyone’s in their own little worlds, myself included. I’m both excited and scared for the school year, but seeing someone else do what I think is literally impossible, makes me think maybe I can do it too, and not just once, every single day, to make up for lost time.
I always have my doubts, but then I come to watch Yes Theory, and it fades away

I feel the same way everytime! One time I was watching their videos at work and not even 10 mi utes after I got a phone call from a friend I havnt talked to in awhile asking if I wanted to go to a cave that was filled with water to swim and then I said yes and asked to leave work early and we drove 5 hours and it was a fantastic time and I met a lot of great people! 10/10 would advise getting out of your comfort zone
