Here is the link to purchase the EcoFlow Delta Max: ecoflow.com/?aff=145 Cierra and I highly recommend EcoFlow if you are looking for off grid products. Ours have run the cabin for almost a year now and we have had zero issues and are happy with the performance. Also, some people have noticed a clicking sound sometimes in my videos, I was able to fix the issue in the settings of my camera so it shouldn’t happen in the future. I also have invested in 2 new cameras for the channel which will enhance the production and make the videos more enjoyable to watch. Thanks again for your continued support! Have a great day.
The husband and I are thinking of getting a unit to run our camper while boondocking. Btw... nice video!!! We like how you and Ceirra live. Ha, ha we’ve done the same thing, like you do with the chain saw. Some things just keep running. Nice job on the back hatch window. It looks good. Those fishers ( saw on the game cam) can be nasty. We’ve had one around here. We don’t like them. Keep up the good job on the videos. Congrats on getting a couple new camera’s. Blessings!
We bought one today! After comparing several solar generators, you convinced us the Ecoflow is the right choice. It's the only unit to have 6 AC plugs. Others only had 2 or 3. Thanks Kyle for your review!
If you want to continue to enjoy the sounds of nature when you are older you should wear some hearing protection when running the chain saw. I'm 58 and I sure wish I had taken better care of my hearing when I was younger. (Chainsaws are not to bad in limited amounts but, every little bit hurts and it all adds up over time. ) Have a nice Day
How GREAT you have your Grandpa's saw!!! It is well loved and well used!!! I had to laugh when you said you and Skeeter were going on a walk. That dog hardly walks - he only hops and runs!!! Boy, that is a wonderful max power source!!! GREAT job fixing the window!!! Really enjoyed the video!
Thank you so much. I have a mini and really don't know how to use it. I live in Florida and deal with hurricanes. I will watch this instructional video many times before June. Very well done or taught. Sharp guy
Hy Kyle, you have cerious skills my friend and for your young age you know what life should be and i envie you but im too old now for that kind of life but im happy for you, pls keep giving us good quality videos , have a safe life my friend !
Amazing just how many cabins are in MN. Looking at 45 acres and the parcels around the acreage has small homesteads scattered here and there throughout. These are active homesteads the way it appears. MN is looking more and more appealing daily
Howdy Kyle, great video as always! Just a suggestion but if those electrical boxes aren't damaged you might consider holding on to them, sometimes they come in handy. I'm an old scavenger (68) and former General Contractor, I wasn't a hoarder but saved anything I could for camp use.
Thanks for all the great info on EcoFlow dude! Because of your reviews I'm going to run my entire offgrid cabin with EcoFlow (starting with the Delta Pro arriving tomorrow) Happy spring 🙌
Just found your channel...great job. I also own a northern MN cabin. Those portable power units like the EcoFlow are a game changer for off grid living. I use a few from different brand names, supplemented with a gas generator. Spring is sure arriving slow this year!
They are great! Yes it has been a long winter. I have a trip to the boundary waters over fishing opener and it’s starting to look like the ice won’t be out by then up here
Ciara’s haircut on you looks great. I realize it was from the previous video. I’m 70 years old am I too old for that look? 🤣 Thoroughly enjoy all your videos!
My buddies andI have been cutting 10 cords of Birch wood a year for many years. JUST A SUGGESTION , Have you considered getting some Chain Saw pants. Accidents happen so quickly , especially when standing on logs that are on the ground and cutting another at the same time. When we are cutting , everyone has to have the safety gear , if they don't all they get to do is load the wood onto trailers and trucks. Great video by the way.
I have been doing it without safety gear my whole life but I’m sure it’s a matter of time before my luck runs out. As much as I run chainsaw I definitely need to invest in some! Thanks for watching and commenting!
You did an excellent job explaining all the features of the EcoFlow Delta Max! If I ever need to get backup power I would get one. Nice! The window you installed in the back of your vehicle looks nice. Great job and you saved hundreds of dollars doing it your way! Love your video's. Thanks for sharing your life with us!
You guys have done such an amazing job not just with the way you have chosen to live and enjoy your life but inspiring others. Honestly been looking at land in Kentucky but after watching your videos been looking into remote land in MN now
Yeah, so my comment on your vid announcement, about no snow, I opened door this morning and found about a inch of wet snow. Not normal for mid April in this neck of the woods. 🙄😞
Nice to see the snow starting to melt so you can get to some of those spring projects. Also big fan of EcoFlow also, great products and you did a good job reviewing the Delta Max! They need to send you more of the 400 watt solar panels so you can really get some big input on those batteries!
It's nice that you have a sponsor that you actually use and believe in, often times you see people sponsoring things they don't use just for the money, I'm glad it's working out for you.
Thank you for sharing about you EcoFlow would be nice to have during power outages My goodness Kyle you are very talented in all the things you can do Skeeter is so cute glad he was in video You Cierra and Skeeter take care and see you in next video
I have been researching the Jackery solar generators and now came across this brand. I like the fact it has 6 120 outlets and charges faster than a Jackery. Nice review you did on it. I think this unit will more than power my little off grid cabin.
Well done once again Kyle. Another great feature of the ecoflow(not my preferred unit) is that it is equipped with a mppt charger controller, which means you can use any solar input of variable voltages and it will automatically adjust the input DC from your panels without damaging the unit.
Do you know what them yellow bands are for on the birch tree you collected the dry sap from as I also noticed it on a few other Birch trees as you were walking ? I wondered if someone had been tapping the sap from the birch trees and that was why they had the bands on them. Yet again another great informative vlog from yourself.
Hey kyle, im starting to get into the game for homesteading. could you show us more in-depth of your power set up? Want something like yours where i can run everything on one of those Ecoflows and charge it from a generator or solar like yours. Thanks!
Ah excellent, ya went with the plexiglass idea, it'll work for ya, maybe shoot a bead of silicone around the outside edge to keep any water out,but you'll need to let it set up pretty good before ya move the vehicle 👍
Is there a video where you show how you added those plugs from the panel box so you could run off the ecoflow? Also, what happened to your fridge that you built based off of Boss of the Swamp. I try to watch all your videos, but I miss some I think. Love them.
You might want to consider using a Lexan (polycarbonate) plastic sheet rather than an acrylic. The acrylic is cheaper, but the Lexan is almost indestructible. The Lexan you could cut with a table, circular or jigsaw and not have it crack. It is also way easier to drill.
“If I want to remove it and run lumber through it”. 😂😂😂. It doesn’t look bad but I would have used some seam sealer or weather stripping to prevent leaks.
Enjoy the good weather while you can! More snow is coming! Winter just won't give up here in northern Minnesota! I thought I'd be doing some of my outdoor projects this week but I've got snow to clear. While you had your window break, I had my gas tank rust out and had to replace that. Thank goodness I got it done before this snow came! It is supposed to start warming up in the next few days and then stay snow free. Thanks for sharing the information and experience with the old chainsaw. My Poulan I bought several years ago (second hand for $50) is failing me and I'm looking for a replacement. Stihl and Huskvarna are my options, but seeing your old Stihl has me convinced of which brand I should choose. Thanks! Also like your review of the solar generator. Seems like a handy piece of equipment for the off-grid life. Good luck with your projects!
Hey dude did you think of putting some foam weather stripping under the plexi to seal it from wind and rain ?? Anyways looks like a solution that'll work good ! Good seeing MN taking a stand on housing . See ya next time .
Awesome video, great info, a tree will be planted w my name on it, awesome awesome!! Just came back from taking some time off in our off grid lot and we r seriously considering buying the Delta so we can power our battery run tools. Thanks for the info, we like and trust ur reviews.
We need spring down here in southern Missouri too. It's been nice one day then 5 or 6 yuck days and too cold to have tender plants outside. I'm planting in bags this year. Live in an apartment and no room for much but love fresh garden produce. Bags seem the right choice. I'll let you know. But not tell its warm enough.
EcoFlow is a great power bank, I've had one for about a year now. Backup for the backup in case of hurricane here in Florida, but I use it to power drills and such on jobsites where no power is available. Love your firewood setup, but I would've been breaking down the shed lumber to burn in the wood stove as well. Love what you're doing ❤️
Love the EcoFlow Delta Max! Wondering if you could repurpose that rubber liner to fit around the window panel for a rain-proof seal? The bolts could be snugged just enough to sandwich the rubber and cushion the plastic from cracking. It could be the ecofriendly repurposed window seal!
@@toddscout5014 I didn't know if he had a tube of silicone handy and with prices going up these days that's why I suggested repurposing the rubber liner. But if they don't want to save the money no doubt silicone works, but I do think the liner would give more of a factory look than silicone squeezed under the plastic sheeting.... Just my opinion, man.
Hey Kyle like your channel! I have a woods cabin in central/northern Maine. The 20’x30’ cabin is powered by Honda 7000 gas generator. Ideally I’d like to get set up with the EcoFlow Delta Pro. The cabin is wired with a 100 amp entrance panel that distributes power through the circuits. I have lights, electric fridge, ceiling fan and TV. Do you know what components I would need to set this up so that I could switch to the EcoFlow at night and while we’re out fishing/hunting etc…?
Hi and happy Easter to u all , we have had 22c in UK over this weekend and lowest has been 18c during the day ,and sunny which has been great . My house is up for sale I'm going off grid myself next 🤞🙂

Yup. 💯. Listen to the CavemanCBB for he speaks sense !!
WOW, you need to get organized big time. Sure make a lot of extra work for yourself.
Definitely nice seeing that someone knows how to sharpen their chainsaw.
This is by far the best bang for buck power station.
"Skeeter and I are going for a walk" and then Skeeter BOLTS through the woods like he's on fire! LOL! He is so so darn cute!!
Thank you so much. I have a mini and really don't know how to use it. I live in Florida and deal with hurricanes. I will watch this instructional video many times before June. Very well done or taught. Sharp guy
Maybe switch to wing nuts on that rear window, would make taking it off easier if you wanted to put lumber. Nice video. Skeeter rocks.
Hy Kyle, you have cerious skills my friend and for your young age you know what life should be and i envie you but im too old now for that kind of life but im happy for you, pls keep giving us good quality videos , have a safe life my friend !
LOVE THE TRAIL CAM PHOTOS

*starts up chainsaw*
Thanks for the chuckle. I enjoy your channel. 👍
Love your ingenuity on fixing things and saving money.
You are so practical and a Jack of all trades.
Great job on the window , Kyle
Just an amazing video series. So much quality content and honest information.
Thanks Rob!
Howdy Kyle, great video as always!

Great review. This will be my next power station purchase.
Well glad to know it's not just my dog that hated the chainsaw! 🤣👍I got my EcoFlow DELTA pro really loving it. Thanks for all the awesome tips 😀 👍
Thank you for watching!
Thanks for all the great info on EcoFlow dude! Because of your reviews I'm going to run my entire offgrid cabin with EcoFlow (starting with the Delta Pro arriving tomorrow) Happy spring 🙌
Ingenuity, plus courage, plus work, equals miracles lol. Great job guys
Greetings , Kyle! From the NC Foothills . Great video . Good job explaining Eco Flo .
Good to see you are enjoying the Delta Max as much as I am.
Rubber washers for the “glass” not to crack from jiggling. Use the wood scraps in a raised bed for bio char or compost at least, love you guys.

Taxes are high here but it sure is a pretty state. Lots of outdoor activities.
Love your channel man!!! Watching from up in Canada
It's nice that your grandfather's chainsaw has been so useful. I feel like he would want you to have a new one tho. lol
Love my chaga coffee in the morning.
Maybe look on eBay or junk yards for a used rear hatch and replace it at some point.
Skeeter always a main character in thus channel , great Chanel 👍❤️
Great Video, Sorry about being behind watching .
Loved seeing the Fisher and foxes!
Yeah, so my comment on your vid announcement, about no snow, I opened door this morning and found about a inch of wet snow. Not normal for mid April in this neck of the woods. 🙄😞

We’re another happy EcoFlow Delta Max family! Money well spent.
Love the demo of delta max. I am buying one to run my 12x34 cabin. Thank you for explaining everything. ❤ from Tennessee Granty!!
Awesome video Kyle, glad you your helper to give you a hand🤣 and skeeter is all your bissness, but not when you cut wood🤣😅😂
The rear window looks good.. clever move to fit that!

Yo Kyle you are cool af bro keep doing your thing man
You should look into 3D printing the chainsaw parts - many libraries & other places can make the parts super inexpensive
Gotta love Skeeter. 💕

Look it up you make tea from it and it has health benefits
I think the only time I’ve seen Skeeter not wagging his tail was when the chainsaw was running 😂
you can use silicon around the edges
You remind me like you and Mav would be family

Enjoyed watching your video. That Delta Max really is awesome.
try HL supply for chainsaw parts for older saws
“If I want to remove it and run lumber through it”. 😂😂😂. It doesn’t look bad but I would have used some seam sealer or weather stripping to prevent leaks.
I am impressed on how muhc power that Delta Max has.
Great video, especially on the Ecoflow. Those are pretty impressive.
Thank you!
You could put silicone caulking around it easily removable.
Pretty darn awesome……thank you.
Looking forward to seeing the chickens roaming as are you. Hope warmer weather seeks out your property! Love trail cam footage! Thanks for the demo.
Seems like a great product. It is not cheap, but battery products never are.

Nice job!
Thanks for the review. I will agree that the Delta Max is perfect for any off grid cabin.
What size saw is it? I have a couple of old stihl saws laying around that are parts saws! 028 and 029! It's the older ones!
Cut tons of wood this year for next winter .Great video thanks again
In MN you can have $0 glass replacement on your insurance...cost almost nothing...way less than what you spent on that plexy...
Awesome video, great info, a tree will be planted w my name on it, awesome awesome!!
Just came back from taking some time off in our off grid lot and we r seriously considering buying the Delta so we can power our battery run tools. Thanks for the info, we like and trust ur reviews.
Good job on the back window, I did that to my 1991 Toyota 4Runner a few years ago and it was fine maybe a few drops water got in that was all.
Nice Job on the window. If you needed it you could always throw a bead of silicone caulk around it.
Do you tap any of your maples? I did it for the first time this year on my property. Super fun and good learning experience
wow. You do such a good job just talking and working to us. keep the video's coming. Oh yeah, that window, really done professional and looks great.
You recommend eco flow, nikki d. girl that lives in a Prius says Jackery, maverick has...can't remember. Lol who's got the best? 🤔
Hey it works, nothing wrong looks great, Kyle I was going to ask you if your girlfriend is indigenous.
She is Micronesian!
L&M have what you need? they have been out of a certain stihl bar for quite some time

I have same unit and can’t wait to get first extra battery. Bought extension cord for unit and love it.
you should do a test with the panels!
So now we know. Not only is Kyle an expert carpenter and electrician, but the boy can sing too! 😄
