Painting with Rustoleum Professional Rattle Cans ( Gloss Black )

- In this video, I started putting my Mitsubishi back together. There was a few pieces that still needed a fresh coat of paint, so I used a rattle can of Rust-Oleum Professional High Performance gloss black.

There are a lot of DIY polish kits for the headlights. BUT since you paint, sand the headlights with 600 on a palm sander cutting the yellow away til clear again. Then sand with 800 on a palm sander, and hit them with a grey scotch pad wet. Wash, then mask the outer area and shoot them with 2 coats of 2k clear. They will look brand new and last longer than polishing them.
Oh and do them off the car!
This is a nice build definitely going to turn some heads for sure

I still don’t feel confident doing body work or painting (just started about it months ago) but I see what you do and some others and know it’s just a matter of practice. Really appreciate your videos and you breaking down what you do!! Building up my channel and got ways to go, but I heard a weird sound in the engine and thought I was going to have to put into practice tearing down the engine after I saw you do that with your suv. Glad the sound is gone and don’t have to mess with the engine. Hopefully in the future there will be a meet and greet, think that would be pretty cool!

After painting Gloss black enamel do you sand it and clean coat it And if you do what grips and paper would you use before clean coat? Reason I'm asking I'm painting my rim's black enamel l ran into problems with clean coat I tried to clear coat too soon and I had to wait 24 hours

Yea! I have 3 wheels installed right now, plus a spare. I ran the 4th wheel flat and messed up the tire.
I'll paint all 4 and maybe put the spare tire till I buy a replacement
Another knock out! Great video! As far as that gun metal grey goes, I think it's for the Jetta and the wheels from the mini cooper. I am probably wrong, because I've been watching your videos for a while now. I've never seen you match the same color to wheels as the vehicle.
Rudy, my man! Nah, I'm not sure if I want to put work into the Jetta. I'm too picky, and if I throw a fancy paintjob on the car, I'm gonna want it to look straight like factory. This car needs a bit of work all the way around, and the money itll take to make it happen is more than the car is worth.. in my opinion.
So, if any plans for the Jetta.. I might just sell it to continue work on my other rides. Maybe bring vexy back! I'm sure people would love to see her.

Rustoleum professional is a good paint for harder surfaces like wheels but not flexible for plastics don't take much to crack once it hardens fully

Shh.. haha! Thanks bro, i already painted the hood and began assembling the car. i didnt plug them in this video cuz is was getting long. for sure next upcoming one, the car will be complete (buff aside)
