I love his videos but hate the blurred speedo. Maybe in his country it’s more likely to be used against you in court or something though so I cant fault him too much. After all it’s the part of the world where you can get fined for what you say on social media.
“11 Degrees” refers to the amount of duration in crankshaft degrees of the overlap. The period when the intake valves are open at the same time the exhaust valves have not fully closed.
TheMissendenFlyer , offering a little information is the least I can do for someone who regularly puts out stellar videos and information. Mahalo & Aloha 🤙🏼
A bit nerdy isn't it, it's the camshafts that control the valves of course. "The engine’s 11 degrees of valve overlap (some 30 degrees less than is found in the 1198 superbike from which it’s derived) is key to its street-centric state of tune, which offers much greater low-to-midrange torque and smoother, more linear delivery."
It’s a shame the weather wasn’t better that day. That bike has hidden talents that you only get to exploit on bone dry tarmac. I am of course biased (given I’m a 1200R owner) but the first time you crank it hard coming out of a roundabout it all starts to make more sense. I’d never knowingly done a wheelie until I got the bike, but they are standard issue now!
Haven't got time to read through all the comments so sorry if this has been covered but the 11 degree refers to the degrees of crankshaft rotation with valve overlap (Inlet and Exhaust Valves open at the same time). Hope this has helped some people.
I have the Diavel and I agree with you that it’s all too easy to engage the Riding Mode function whilst operating the indicator switch. Not an issue, merely something which with better design could be eliminated.
You don't need a separate button to change the mode, because you are using it to check you cancelled the indicators. Just glance at the TFT and you will see if they are still flashing :-)
I had the joy of swapping bikes and riding both a friend's 2016 1200S and my 2017 Super Duke R yesterday. I'm thrilled with the Super Duke and wouldn't trade it for anything but at 5'10" the 1200S was a great fit for me with it's lower height and compact feel; it made me realize I need to move my bars to aft setting on the SD. The Ducati has maybe more (good) character than the KTM but a little less refinement? I'll be looking forward to riding his Monster again and owning a Ducati has moved up on my motorcycling bucket list. And if these are a little spendy let me note that riding another friend's 2008 990 Duke was just as much fun as either of the newer bikes with it's lighter feel in handling and power delivery.
My biggest complaint about the new monsters must be the protruding exhaust. The heatshield on the exhaust barely does anything. In slow city traffic when my right foot is on the rear brake the contact patch between my leg and the pipes is massive and gets hot quickly. In addition, the exhaust sweeps up towards my boots when I'm riding on the balls of my feet. Boots haven't melted yet, but better be careful.
Own a standard Monster 1200, lovely bike. Got £700 off by buying in September...too good a deal to turn down. Very much a Sunday blast or cruise bike. But more than comfortable enough to drain the tank, fill it up and go again. Regrets....Monster S with the lighter wheels, M50s and the Ohlins suspension. Costs more, but the bits would cost a lot more to upgrade separately. Worth the upgrade just for the Ohlins. Given how bumpy and choppy UK roads are the suspension works amazingly well, soaks it up and then performs brilliantly when you stomp on the brakes. Only downsides....the chain. The stock chain is complete crap. It seems to want to rust at the sight of water. I spend all my time scrubbing it and treating it. Will upgrade to a proper chain at next service.
Hi Rodi Yep, I should do. I suspect they will say I have not been looking after it, but worth a try - even if I just get a discount on a decent chain. Never had a bike with a chain that rusted so quickly and completely. That's the odd thing with Ducatis...premium bike and is superb to ride. But has little niggles like this. Another one is the lock on the petrol cap, it is just rough. Putting the key in is like shoving a piece of glass in there. Feels cheap. Can forgive these issues purely because it is so nice. But Ducati should eliminate these as easy fixes.
Love it "treat you mean keep you keen" sounds about right!! ...and worth a warranty punt with that chain, that is indeed what I did with the Panigale and haven't had an issue since...
Agree on the chain. I have a first gen 1200S and the chain was pretty poor within the first few hundred miles. Other problems like leaking reservoirs and failed clutch slave. Still a lovely bike to take on a Sunday ride. Would not tour on it.
The valve overlap has been configured at 11° for this engine in order to keep the exchange of fresh heat to the exhaust and combustion gases to the combustion chamber as low as possible
I have Monster 1200cc. Has one of the best engines on any bike. Especially at higher rpms the engine feels orgasmic. But in this day and age where we are spoilt for choice with excellent bikes for a lot less, it is increasingly difficult to justify plonking down 15k for a naked. But I guess Ducati clientele are price insensitive and would pay the premium either way. I did anyway and love the sight of my Monster whether it's parked or whether it's tearing down the road. You pay for the feeling I guess. Can't really put a price on that.
Wow I have been waiting for this review since you let the secret out that it was being tested by you. Just off out now so will have to wait to this eve to watch!! Ohhhhh how exciting.
If you manage to drop the bike, you'll be replacing the coolant bottle, tank and maybe the radiator plus the bits and bobs of the exhaust. I do applaud Ducati for increasing their major service interval though.
Compared to the 1290R which one has your preference? (And why?) Is the seating position comparable? How about the wind? You said it was very nice on the 1290R...
Hi Andy, please answer my questions. I am 165 cm, how does that work in terms of being lent forward? How does it compare to the Scrambler 1100? This bike is so cool and good looking especially in red. Thank you
Quick shifter comments up and down the box (18:05), hahaha! Great review of a lovely bike TMF. I'll forward the link to a friend who is interested in getting one of these.
what sservicing like? loks tight in there... any info on the intervals vs the lower capacity models? The lower capacity look easier to get at, so maybe cheaper to run
Mr Flyer, the top speck is the Monster R & not the S. What a pity you couldn't take it through more twisties. The R is the one you should try. My dealership in Sydney gave me the S for a day. Lovely bike. But the R absolutely shocked me at how good it handles. I was in a dead lock between the MT10SP & The R. I was supposed to buy both, but I need room for the GS. In the end the R won for the fun factor & sheer Torque. The SDR was the other that came close, but the MT10SP & the R just kill it when you want something that handles sublimely. The more you push the Öhlins shocks, the better the bike responds. From now on, every bike will have Öhlins in my garage. Until you've ridden them, & pushed them, you won't understand gents. The MT10SP is one of the most planted bikes I've ever rode. I was looking for a "Fun Torque" bike. There was no point in the Tuono, S1000R, as I wasn't looking for a blaster (sports naked). My '16 S1000 RR will do that job nicely thank you. But for sheer pleasure of torque & handling, you can't go past the monster R (or the MT10SP). Every one who's tested the Monster range has been really surprised. There good fellas! But I totally agree with a lot of people, there bloody expensive!!! But I'm not looking at price anymore. I just want the best handling machines in my stable. I tested 7 bikes, & to come up with the R & the MT10SP is saying something very big gents. Its not about HP. Its about low down torque, road usability, mixed with Öhlins wizardry. The grey looks very ugly, but just ride it gents. You'll find a very surprising feel about it. Thanks Mr Flyer, always a pleasure to watch you. Cheers groover ;-)
the R is the top spec but funny enough.... it doesnt have the duck quick shifter. all your getting above the S is 10hp, forged rims, small fly shield, ohlins dampener and possibly more carbon
Bondi Media Productions: Your only partly right. No more extra carbon than the S. Its only the front mud guard. The headers, (R model) are from the full system, this means you only need to buy the slip-on package with the mapping. The R (in Sydney) is $3k more than the S. But the full system for the S is $2900 + fitting $290. The rip-off is that the slip-on for the R is $2450 + fitting. So in the end, the R is only $2500 more of a cost than the S. But you also forgot the big difference. The R is lifted 15mm front & back to give it the 50 degree clearance, as its track orientated. And that my friend is all the handling in the world. It quickens the steering by far. The R just about turns itself, its that good. Oh, you forgot the 131.4nm of torque you get more as well. Trust me, I had the S for a whole day, & through "Nasho" at warp speed! Nothing wrong with the S at all, whatsoever. A brilliant bike. But for $2.5k, its a NO brainer. The Marchessini's alone are worth the cash, which accounts for the steering & handling & braking. The Öhlins steering dampener is sublime, & thats worth $800. Just 1 or 2 clicks on it change the steering immensely. But believe me, the torque & HP doesn't seem like only 6-7nm & 10-15HP. It feels like much more than the S. The issue here in AUS, is that the R is not a "demo" bike. So my decision to go the R over the S was a gamble. But it paid off in spades! Cheers groover, see you at Nasho ;-)
Bondi Media Productions: Sorry, my apologies. I forgot to mention the footpegs, rider & pax. They're handed down from the Superleggera. You'll find them on the top spec Panigale's. I've honestly never had that much grip on a foot-peg ever before. They're works of art machined from a block of alloy. You see, when you look at it this way, 2.5k isn't much if you have 30k in the first place. Thats the way I summed it up, and made the decision on that theory. It was a decision i'll cherish for life. And to think I hated Ducati's with a passion in the 90's. I know they're expensive, but wow are they nice to ride. I'm totally converted. But then again, I love all bikes, big or small. Cheers groover ;-)
i would buy an R in a heart beat if it had the ducati quick shift. I was under the impressions the seat heights were similar with the new S and the R but i see that i was wrong. personally i cant got without a unidirectional QS after having it and i know its not for everyone but i also feel thats a large oversight on ducati. Up QS's can be fitted for after market but not down... unless they have that options since i last looked. I have ridden a 2015 1200R and loved it very much, the wheels are an amazing touch
Bondi Media Productions: Funny you should say that! It was one of the biggest reasons holding me back buying the R. The S was so good with the Öhlins & the shifter. But now in hindsight, it's not an issue. Whenever I jump back on the S1KRR, I totally forget to quickshift! I've just gotten so used to the clutch. Yeah I now realise that you dont really need the quickshift. Its the Blipper that I miss the most. I can see your ride is the same as mine. That blipper on the beemer is out of this world! I don't plan on retro fitting the R either, as I've read quiet a few have blown the gearbox because of after-market shifters. Probably not adjusted correctly. Your more than welcome to ride her if I see you at "Nasho". Her name is Renata. The beemer is called Heidi. Cheers Groover ;-)
Cracking review as usual. Perfect timing too as it was nice to watch before I pick up my new one of these at the end of the week. Would be very curious to see how you got on with a Monster (any variant) in nice weather and on a long term basis.
TMF. Never been sold on the looks of the Ducati Monsters, this one no exception. Your observations are spot on. Although you look like you are really enjoying the ride. 4 white vans made me laugh :-)
I love the colour! :-) ...one of the reasons I bought the BMW r nine t Pure! ;-) Another reason is the lack of riding modes. Öhlins...it's not with an O sound, it's an Ö! As in sör and Börmingham. :-)
Enjoy your reviews very much. Where would you place this in your list of favourites? Will be buying a new bike later in the summer and this is on my list of about 8 to test ride before I decide.
I am recovering from cancer and a stroke and my neck is now badly deformed so I have to be very sure to get the right one. The 1200s is at the top of my list but I think that I will need handlebar risers. My next preference is for an XDiavel S or a BMW R1200R. Have you ridden the XDiavel yet?
Nice! Did you test the light at night as you often do? Very good information for bike speculants wich is often overseen in rewiews! Thanks for your good work!
TMF, Now that you have ridden the Monster 1200, KTM Superduke, and BMW s1000r, do you have a personal preference on which one you would own? Or which one is the better bike?
The Monster is iconic. I always felt that this bike only looks good with smaller riders (men or women). If you are like 6ft tall, it looks hideous. Buy a a Tuono them. Great review again TMF.
Quite enjoy my 1100 Evo, that being said it is natural that I must have a 1200 or 1200S (R?...Mmm!). Not a big fan of other than RED, but, I do like that color, concrete is it? Yeah the 1200S really is logical as Monsters are my favorite Ducati and a small select (affordable) collection is a desire of mine, meantime am enjoying you and others having fun, informing us, all vvhile doing something you love! Thank you for vvhat you do!😁👍
Thanks TMF. Nice review. Did you use the same camera/mic for this as you did for the 797? The 1200s doesn't seem to sound as good ..maybe the 797 had a termignoni - can't remember..
Cheers TMF was waiting for this one, Looking to get one in a few weeks, As i,m in Oxford will probably be Blade or On Yer Bike will give you a mention. Have they now solved the rear passenger footrest problem? the hangers interfered if your. with your heels . Thanks ian
Kind of unrelated to the video but i just recently got a pair of RST Adventure Pro 3 trousers. I was wondering if when you first got them did you feel the waist was uncomfortable? Like it fits just fine but the material is quite scratchy on my skin, did you have that and did it go away? Great video!
i know you didnt have much time or a decent day to ride the 1200s. did you notice a false neutral between 4-5-6. not sure how this occurs since N is between 1-2. other than that question how would you compare the 1290r to this 1200s? im looking to get a decent ride out on both these bikes this year but i was just curious on your thoughts. I look for the small details in bikes and you always seem to catch these details.
TBH - if I wanted to spend the same kind of money I'd buy the Speed Triple. If I wanted something special I'd go for the KTM Superduke. Only reason to get this it to feel like one of the Ducatisti... That's not to do a disservice to the 1200s as the feeling a bike gives you is (and should be) a significant portion of your buying decision.
@@TheMissendenFlyer thanks, I have a 2016 R9T, love it. Had it since new but I lust after the 1200S! Have been thinking about trading - but not sure if I'd end up disappointed in the long term.
great review, I wish the bikes in general would be a bit cheaper than they are though, even with all the quality parts bikes have today the price we are asked to pay for a new bike seems excessive to me. Ducati always had a good sound, lately the aiboxes seem to get smaller though and the exhausts more law abiding when they come out of the factory just like with all motorcycles today. That can be remedied though and "boom" instant neighborly love (or not). How does its performance compare to the super duke 1290 r ? I would expect it to be comparable (is it?).
Hi Mf.... great review as always. How does the Monster stack up against bikes like Ktm sd Mt10 and the Tuono???..... or are those in a different league?? Nice bike but have Ducati missed the boat regarding the hyper nakeds??? Cheers Mark.
I love the term "muscle bike" - who not love that? I love the Monster line, it's just as you say in the video - "proper old school muscle bike". The white van onslaught on the post video roll - lol!!!
Hi TMF, thanks for another great review, as a Ducati owner and fan got to say not sure about the looks, as mentioned exhaust and pipework not great and definitely not in that grey colour, if I was in the market think I would save myself a few grand and get the Triumph Speed triple.
@@TheMissendenFlyer Thanks just wondering. My inseam is about 28" so a lot of bikes are pretty tall :( lol. The diavel would be do able but it's styling is a little much
couldn’t agree with you more. I live about half a mile from Stevenson and the area is ridiculously busy! Sadly it’s not going to get any better as the council keep selling off green space for awful housing developments! Awesome review anyway! How do you rate the (smaller) monster to a 790 duke or any comparison? Looking at getting my next bike and not sure what to upgrade to from a 690 duke...
If I was going to dob in the Morini Corsaro and wasn’t going to buy another one this is what I’d have. Except the tail tidy is atrocious...look at the Morini 1200ZZ to see how it should be done. Enjoyed that as always....
Nothing beats sitting at home on a boring Saturday night and scrolling thru a (missed) collection of TMF’s videos 👍🇦🇺🇬🇧
Really? Nothing beats it?? You need to get out more or meet some ladies...
There seems to be an issue with that TFT display. Have you noticed how it gets all blurry once you go past a certain speed? ;)
Was thinking the same.....lol Should check that..
its just new bike teething troubles! it'll get fixed at the running in service ;)
Its just the cleverness of the TFT display when you reach a certain speed it gets blurry so it wont scare you :P
I love his videos but hate the blurred speedo. Maybe in his country it’s more likely to be used against you in court or something though so I cant fault him too much. After all it’s the part of the world where you can get fined for what you say on social media.
The 70 to 70 acceleration looks pretty good as well.
Hands down best channel for motorcycle reviews. Thanks TheMissendenFlyer!
Thank you!
Another nice one thanks TMF 👍 I genuinely could watch and listen to your videos all day, and often do! 🙏
Thank you Jason - much appreciated!
“11 Degrees” refers to the amount of duration in crankshaft degrees of the overlap. The period when the intake valves are open at the same time the exhaust valves have not fully closed.
Aha! I knew someone would put me straight - thanks for that....

my favorite of the lineup.
those exhaust go straight in the box the Akrapovic system comes in
Haven't got time to read through all the comments so sorry if this has been covered but the 11 degree refers to the degrees of crankshaft rotation with valve overlap (Inlet and Exhaust Valves open at the same time). Hope this has helped some people.

The intake valves and exhaust valves are all both opened during 11 degrees of rotation of the camshaft.
I would love a monster 821 - but the dealer is 2 hours away.
Great review !
Good video thanks, it's called an 11 Degree Testastretta because the valve 'overlap' is set at 11 degrees to make for a more flexible state of tune.
Thanks for that - I knew someone would know:0)

Am I the only one that prefers clocks with needles?
I have one bike with a screen another with clocks...actually prefer the clocks. Next up will be a screen that mimics clocks :)
No mate, I do too...I miss seeing a tach needle swinging up and down!
Couple of years you'll ride about playing f'n Tetris (do you still get tetris?)

Clocks for me. I like what the tft shows but rev counter needle is needed on a bike

Congratulations! Exciting times eh!
if I'm doing a wheelie something has gone terribly wrong 😂😂😂😂😂 Fantastic. .!!!! 👍👍👍
TMF. Never been sold on the looks of the Ducati Monsters, this one no exception. Your observations are spot on. Although you look like you are really enjoying the ride. 4 white vans made me laugh :-)
Thanks for watching until the end - 4 in a row, I couldn't believe it!!!
I ways watch to the end TMF
Just saw you're in MCN this week. Great job!
Thank you - I have a regular monthly column there now! :0)
TheMissendenFlyer that's awesome. I look forward to seeing your work on there. I've had a MCN subscription since 2000 when I arrived in the UK.
Agree on the pipe work, coolant anyway. I owned a 1100 evo monster and the left side wears the same, put me off really they should tidy that lot up.
I agree, the 1100 Evo was much cleaner without all the piping, definitely detracts from the clean lines. I should have held onto mine.
I love the colour! :-) ...one of the reasons I bought the BMW r nine t Pure! ;-) Another reason is the lack of riding modes. Öhlins...it's not with an O sound, it's an Ö! As in sör and Börmingham. :-)
Every day's a schoolday! Thanks for that....
You are correct
Yet again many thanks for your efforts. Ducati monster or Superduke? Your opinion.
Both very different, personally I'd take the SDR....
Great video, thanks! Any thoughts on the 821?
Thanks Marco - and no, not ridden that yet....
TMF have you ever reviewed the Ducati XDiavel ? Would be interesting to see how it compares to this bike.
Not yet but I would very much like to - it's on the wish list....
It would be interesting to compare the two.
Great review as always, what's the switch gear like?
Good - standard modern day Ducati stuff...
How do they compare to BMW switch gear?
Enjoy your reviews very much. Where would you place this in your list of favourites? Will be buying a new bike later in the summer and this is on my list of about 8 to test ride before I decide.
Probably make the top 30 - maybe 25ish....
Great review of the bike. What kind of gloves are you wearing ?
Many thanks
Spidi H2Out
TheMissendenFlyer Thank You
How would you compare this to the super Duke?. I'd really like to know what your thinking.
Very different sort of bike - the SDR is more clinical and much faster...the Ducati (arguably) looks nicer....
Another great review, nice bike, think I'd prefer the new Speed Triple RS tho, each to their own..
Add on bit at the front exhaust pipe(oil cooler?)looks a wee bit vulnerable?
Nice! Did you test the light at night as you often do? Very good information for bike speculants wich is often overseen in rewiews! Thanks for your good work!
I didn’t I’m afraid - only had the bike for the day...
Nice quick vid awesome bike love mine and as ive heard you say before its an occasion when you ride one.
This or the cb1000r black edition, such a hard choice! Im 6ft4, presumably ergos more comfortable on this?
Yes I think marginally so….
@@TheMissendenFlyer thanks
great video. will you be riding the ducati xdiavel?
Yes it's on my target list - stay tuned!
TheMissendenFlyer I will. Thank you
Another good one Flier, excellent Ducati engineering.Bit like me, lacks that Italian eye catching styling, but our mothers still love us!😀
Great review as usual, bit uneasy watching where you parked it and how close that stand was to the grass...
Got away with it ;0)
TMF, Now that you have ridden the Monster 1200, KTM Superduke, and BMW s1000r, do you have a personal preference on which one you would own? Or which one is the better bike?
Superduke R
The Monster is iconic. I always felt that this bike only looks good with smaller riders (men or women). If you are like 6ft tall, it looks hideous. Buy a a Tuono them. Great review again TMF.
Thanks very much for the kind words - much appreciated!
Thank you for vvhat you do!😁👍
My pleasure!
How does it compare with some of Yamaha Triple engined bikes you've ridden. Bit sacrilegious not clad in blood red?
Completely different character!
Thanks TMF. Nice review. Did you use the same camera/mic for this as you did for the 797? The 1200s doesn't seem to sound as good ..maybe the 797 had a termignoni - can't remember..
Yes I did...and yes the 797 had the termis....
Cheers TMF was waiting for this one, Looking to get one in a few weeks, As i,m in Oxford will probably be Blade or On Yer Bike will give you a mention.
Have they now solved the rear passenger footrest problem? the hangers interfered if your. with your heels .
Thanks ian
Good man! Go with Blade....... ;0)
Love this...sitting in my office answering emails and doing work rubbish..and still able to chat sh*t about bikes :-)
Nice...
44.1mpg? You've been babying it
Kind of unrelated to the video but i just recently got a pair of RST Adventure Pro 3 trousers. I was wondering if when you first got them did you feel the waist was uncomfortable? Like it fits just fine but the material is quite scratchy on my skin, did you have that and did it go away? Great video!
No I've always found mine fine...
So £2000 more than the Speed Triple RS and £1000 more than the KTM 1290R ?
Let me think about that for a second !
Your right there Paul...... grand more than a SDR!!!..... oops Ducati!!!
For willy waving at Loomies I'd take my Z1300 every time
Z1300s and xjr's jesus they bring back the good times on my gpz900r!!!..... cracking biķe
I really dig that Speed Triple RS
Ya the KTM is legit and a real beast. The product guys got carte Blanche on that one, good point.
I've got the 1200s and I like it but if you ride the 1200r you will fall in love
How long did you get to test ride it? Thinking of testing th 821 on saturday
As long as I wanted - I had the bike for an hour or so for this "first impressions" review....
i know you didnt have much time or a decent day to ride the 1200s. did you notice a false neutral between 4-5-6. not sure how this occurs since N is between 1-2. other than that question how would you compare the 1290r to this 1200s? im looking to get a decent ride out on both these bikes this year but i was just curious on your thoughts.
I look for the small details in bikes and you always seem to catch these details.
Thanks for that - I didn't notice any issue with false neutrals although you are the second person to mention it (curiously)....
Agreed!
TMF, what would you live with: an R9T, or the 1200S?
R9T no brainer....
@@TheMissendenFlyer thanks, I have a 2016 R9T, love it. Had it since new but I lust after the 1200S! Have been thinking about trading - but not sure if I'd end up disappointed in the long term.
I'm interested in your views o the new 821. If you can find you way to doing that one you have almost done the complete set!
great review,
I wish the bikes in general would be a bit cheaper than they are though, even with all the quality parts bikes have today the price we are asked to pay for a new bike seems excessive to me.
No, the performance is not in the same league as the SDR!
haha no room for misinterpretation whatsoever, great job sir thanks
Hi Mf.... great review as always. How does the Monster stack up against bikes like Ktm sd Mt10 and the Tuono???..... or are those in a different league?? Nice bike but have Ducati missed the boat regarding the hyper nakeds??? Cheers Mark.
Different league really - I'd compare this more to a Speed Triple.....
Even I could fit on that 😁 great review TMF. Have I missed the Honda CB650F test ride or haven’t you put that one out yet ?
Stay tuned Mike, it's coming!
How comfortable would this be for longer rides? (3-400 miles)
Pretty good I would think...
Would you put this bike in the same 'crazy sack' as SDR and MT10?
No, I'd put it in the hooligan sack with the Speed Triple....
Do you prefer this or the more powerful super duke ?
Super Duke....
I love the term "muscle bike" - who not love that? I love the Monster line, it's just as you say in the video - "proper old school muscle bike". The white van onslaught on the post video roll - lol!!!
I know - 4 of 'em!! Who would have thought.....
Great review. I'm a little surprised you say the clutch is stiff with it being hydraulically actuated?
Just how it seemed to me compared to some other bikes I've ridden - nothing terrible though, certainly wouldn't stop me having one!
Hello Sir. Was it easy to get into neutral? Thank you again....Sal : )
Didn't notice any issues...
Ducati 1200s or super duke r ? MCN seem to place the monster to the lower tier
+++
Like your review. Would you do the Honda cb100r? Thanks.
what are the chances of reviewing the ducati SIXTY2 scrambler.
Slim - desert sled coming though??
Hi TMF, thanks for another great review, as a Ducati owner and fan got to say not sure about the looks, as mentioned exhaust and pipework not great and definitely not in that grey colour, if I was in the market think I would save myself a few grand and get the Triumph Speed triple.
...or Super Duke R? or indeed the MT10??? So many bikes, so little time..
Any chances to review Ducati Scrambler 1100? thank you
Yes I hope so - stay tuned!
TheMissendenFlyer great, i hope that it will be soon, great reviews
Another good review. Kindly do the KTM Duke 790 review.
It's coming later in the year - stay tuned!
Splendid review sir:)), Any idea on when would you review new Triumph Speed Triple RS ?
Cheers:)), Have a good day!!.
Nothing planned yet but I'm at a Triumph dealer this morning....may have to drop some hints ;0)
Sure Sir looking forward to that, Cheers:))
It would be a great comparison to the new RS Speed Triple when you review it. I'm sure they are quite similar.
Great showroom! Best I've experienced
How tall are you good sir ? I'm 5' 8" and would like to have good footing on this bike
I’m 5’8” too - you’ll have no issue!
I prefer the 790 Duke over the smaller Monster....
If I was going to dob in the Morini Corsaro and wasn’t going to buy another one this is what I’d have. Except the tail tidy is atrocious...look at the Morini 1200ZZ to see how it should be done. Enjoyed that as always....
i do like the look of that bike.
Hi does it have anti rear wheel lift
Err no....
Looks great in gray imho. I’m sure a lot of delayed reactions “oh it’s a Ducati!”
