    Great review! I reviewed the black one and it's phenomenal. In regards to the RGB though you have Vertex V1s in the Keychron and like Gateron Oil Kings those will kill any RGB. The reapers, which are super cheap, will really brighten up the Keychron as well if that is important. You probably already realize that but just pointing it out. The Aula F87 is an amazing TKL as well. They are really making some great stuff, especially for the price!

    It is a fantastic keyboard, I've been using mine for a week. My only complaint is the oversensitivity you mentioned. For what would be a resting position on any other keyboard registers as a press+hold sometimes

    I just kinda wish the Leobog reapers were less clacky (I’m not a huge cherry profile fan either so I wish they had other keycaps) but I am amazed how much stuff is packed in there, no extra foam needed! @kumar-jatin-2000 3 дні тому

    I don't really care much about the RGB lights and fancy features. I just want a keyboard that feels good to type on and will last for atleast 4-5 years. Manufacturers these days are putting too much emphasis on fancy stuff like lights and knobs, and often cheap out on key components like Switches and PCB.
    I made a mistake of buying a cheap mechanical keyboard earlier, the keys just randomly stop working, and now few rows are completely short-circuited. It barely lasted 10 months. Way less than what a cheapest rubber dome would last.
    And since most of these companies have 0 after sales services, that keyboard is effectively a piece of e-waste now.
    And what about support on linux and mac. They only have the software for Windows.
    Does the knob work out of the box on Linux or Macos?

      The MX Mini has a more minimalist vibe going for it (low-profile, modern dark colorway) but the Aula F75 i believe has more character and pop. In the end, all depends on the setup the keyboard will belong in.

    How about QMK/VIA? Could you set up your own Fn shortcuts? I like skip/play to be on (Fn+) < > ? keys... can you do that? or set up a layer for Numpad 789-UIO-JKL ?
    Difficulty taking it apart isn't such a huge issue - you can change caps and switches (putting in some Akko Penguins, or Outemu Limes for a quiet keyboard) from the front and I'm pretty sure that you won't need to change that battery for a few years to come.

    • @RJBaculo
      @RJBaculo  2 місяці тому

      No QMK/VIA support but you should be able to do most of those keyboard mapping with their prorietary software.
      Totally agree taking it apart isnt an issue much. Same, most of my modding for this keyboard will just be switches and keycaps, which can be done without opening the case.

      Without having tried the actual keyboard itself but looking at the specs of the Ajazz AK820 Pro, its definitely very comparable to the Aula F75. I'd say the F75 is the slightly better one, with the excellent Leobog switches (Ajazz use their own switches) plus it has 1 extra layer more padding than the Ajazz one.
