@@TallGrassTactical_23 I live too far north for deer and too far south for caribou, so l've been looking for an entry level rifle that can put out a lot of energy, and I've heard that the Scout has shockingly good recoil reduction, especially the version with the muzzle brake. I figure that as a take-down gun it'll be a good back-up or general camp gun even if I move on to something pricier later on.
@wcookiv this is chambered in 350 legend, to be fair, there’s not much felt recoil. Due to the size (compact) of the stock and setup, you did get a little bite on us larger framed shooters.
Very cool gun thanks for the video.
You need ladder to mount scope on that mount😂
Great setup. Great choice. 'Merica.
Habe gleiche vom Bergara
3006 sofort mit Gewinde für Schalldämpfer 😊
350 Legend is impressive ammo! I have a Rossi R92 in 357: the rounds look very similar? Thatsa sharp looking shooter, kudos Bro!!
Sweet looking set up. What brand is the cartridge holder on the stock?
Wuuyu Amazon cheapo
@@TallGrassTactical_23 thanks!
What’s the name of that ammo holder on the stock? I want to get that one for my CVA SCOUT and the name of the sling?
Caldwell sling and a cheapo Amazon ammo pouch
Is the scope supposed to reciprocate that much?
Probably not, but she smacked a good buck this year at 75yds.
What caliber?
350 Legend
I think you need a taller scope mount…. Looks like your chin is still bumping the stock
Scope base way too low.
Looks like ar spur style mount.
Nice. I'm looking at getting one in 45/70.gov as a budget friendly first moose gun.
Does Rossi sell their new single shot in 45/70?
@@TallGrassTactical_23 I am absolutely not the person to ask. :)
@wcookiv all I know is the CVA smacks. This is my old man’s compliance rifle and it worked great this year on the buck he shot.
