I love your beach yoga. I like the fact they are real with all the background noise other than the waves and not chasing some impossible secluded retreat outside grasp of most people. I do a lot of your yoga here in our house in France and although by a road I can hear the river and many birds. I feel sorry for the people who stay here and can only hear the Road.

Hatha is more focused on holding the poses. I wrote flow because I do a little warm up at the beginning.
