Curing Chamber Timer Relay

In this video I will explain cycle adjustments, wiring of the relay and why I added chamber timer.

What is actually wrong with connecting fridge directly in to the thermometer?

It was cooling for too long. Back panel used to cool for about 10minutes and then the temperature used to keep dropping dropping and sucking up the moisture in the fridge, so my humidifier was running a lot more trying to balance and then it overshoots and starts dehumidifying, was constant battle. I installed timer relay and those 3min were enough to drop the temperature and stop running for to long

​@@westcoastcharcuterie I have that same back panel in my fridge, so far it's alright.. situation may change during the summer tho, I'll keep this in mind 👍
