But i dont understand if I don’t want catch can , on stock turbo stock intake then how is this works? Eventually i will delete Intake resonator I have B58 g30 540

I promise after the last thing you'll care about it some BS carbon fiber piece or going to parking and showing off your car. You'll care about learning how to drive your car and building a balanced BMW that you can confidently sent it on any track and represent BMW
@@Speediesam 🤣🤣 100% brotha. That’s the plan, the trip I mentioned in this video will actually be going to the Tail of the Dragon. Those definitely aren’t learning roads but it will be fun. After that I’m planning on attending the next track event there is here in FL 🫡. I fully agree with you!
@@skrrtproductions im not sure the problem just randomly went away after a couple months, some people were saying it could be the breather valve on top of the engine or the leak detection pump under the rear passenger door. No my car just chokes after filling up takes two cranks. So i replaced both those parts hoping that it fixes it.
BRO! Put the set screws in before you install the cap Also why not put the brakcet on the catch can 1st the install it I got it now. You said it at the end. Your learning as you go. Keep learning have fun.

Any issue with the cap on the free tube, cause i did the same and just ran few kilomètres alternance that i saw that the cap on it disapear, any pressiur in?

Haven’t even checked it but I will this coming oil just to see. Really shouldn’t have to drain it often as oil should barely accumulate unless somethings wrong

Where does that one hose that went to the right side of the engine and down go?
Just into empty space to “vent to atmosphere”. Reason why it’s on that side is to be further away from the cabin air intake

Where is that hose going a cross the engine going to? The one that go down to the driver side foot.
Empty space near the engine oil filter. It's just venting the fumes into the atmosphere

I had the same issues when buying my 340i with 13k miles my rpm was going up and down after filling up and sometimes driving.

Gotcha. Yeah when I had my PCV replaced at the dealer that fixed it
Did you get a brass fitting with your kit? My instructions don't tell me where to install. I'm wondering if it fits to bottom of catch can.
The drain plug? Yes, put that on the catch can prior to mounting it. I didn’t do that and it was more difficult lol
If I installed the OCC does that mean I wouldn't be able to install strut braces?

I bet the fuel pump is pretty noisy without the engine cover.
It’s not that much louder, I still have the foam on top of it. But yeah the fuel pump plus injectors are loud haha. It’s not crazy though

No mines stayed on just fine, shouldn’t be any pressure buildup because of the outlet hose I placed on the right side of the engine
