The jump test is pretty similar to hanging on a bar every morning to see how well your nervous system is recovering to see if you are going to have a good strength training day or a bad one

I don't think the Jump Test is very useful, especially when they land back they wobble over and basically fall down. I mean the sense of leg and sense of foot merge into an unique sense of ankle, and this is important still.
