Can perform mma and gym together... If yes... Then how..?
do weightlifting 3-4x a week, preferably a few hours before or after your mm sessions. ie if you go to mma at 5pm weightlift at 7am. stick to the gnarly power and strengtt lifts, cleans and snatches, pulls rows, oresses, squats lunges deadlifts, etc. 40min to an hour workout, a youre good

im in 7th, center, 5'8, 210 lbs, you know anything that I could do with just dumbbells? I only got dumbbells lol
