The two of them have like the most understated yet interesting dynamic on the show! ❤ Rory is my favorite companion and his relationship with the doctor is absolutely insane and I'm obsessed with it
This has made me remember not only how much I miss their dynamic but also this crazy crack theory I used to have that Rory was originally supposed to play the role of Clara in series 7. He died once for the Doctor in series 5, he has a father but his mother is never mentioned to my memory, and it would’ve been a nice conclusion to his relationship with the Doctor as he goes from being not his biggest fan to the one who saves his life, plus it somewhat nicely relates back to his profession as a nurse. No hate to Clara though, love her, this was just a dumb theory I used to have lol. Point is I love the more minimal and subtle friendship between the Doctor and Rory.
his mum is actually mentioned once to my knowledge! at the beginning of the rebel flesh he says something about how his mum is a massive dusty Springfield fan. not super relevant though, and I love your theory!
Lovely compilation. I wish rory and the doctor had more bromance type moments. They had a fun dynamic. Could someone please tell me what season and episode the scene at 1:35 is from? I don't recognize those costumes

The 11th doctor was so wholesome and what was even more lovely was his friendship with Amy and Rory they're more like a family It was amazing I might give 11 a rewatch because of these videos
