I had chicken oreganata at a BBQ restaurant. HOLY COW! I had no idea. It was so good. I am stock piling my fish menu for the Lenten fast. This is on it now. So is your seafood stew.

I was first introduced to oreganata at Maggiano’s in Houston many years ago. Once Maggiano’s opened in Nashville, I ordered at least twice a month to take home and almost always when we ate in the restaurant. Now I can make my own!!!

Unbelievably delicious!!! I made it exactly to recipe. My “jumbo colossal” shrimp were nowhere near that big, but man o’man, were they fantastic! I will make this again, and again, and again….thank you 👍🏼👍🏼
