    Wow! This really helped me a lot! Its not really the best "follow along" or "do it w/me" video, but just being shown these couple moves, so a person can do it on thier own after, is awesome! My back was on the verge of "going out", but doing these poses just once, REALLY helped! Thanks so much!! ❤🙏😷👷😇

    You're God for me today .. It's working! seriously i was struggling with my lower Back since mng. . these stretches relived me a lot of pain & gives so much relief just now. Got hurt two days ago my lower back while doing toe touches .. thanks doc.

    I was having some back pain for like months. I did this a couple of times. I swear my allot of my pain went away. I think you convinced me to start doing yoga.

    I really liked that you included the quad stretch. Alot of these back stretch videos on YT don't include it and I think it's an important stretch for back pain!

    Started today as I have spondylosis of the lumber spine and I'm hoping this will hope as I'm to the point of walking half crippled a lot of the time at the moment (yes I've been to doctors, neurologists, physio therapists the lot) Nobody can help me other than giving me pain releif and the stretches the physio gave me were torture and made me a lot worse even after doing it for a month I went from walking with crutches to been in a wheelchair for months.

    Hi I use to have terrible back pain until I started yoga, then I stopped for about a month and just started again and now I am having lower back pain I do most of your poses here should I continue to do them to relieve the pain. Im so upset I ever stopped :( its still been hurting especially when I wake up in the mornings for about a week now . If i continue will it go away?

    i’m a dancer so i’m kinda flexible but still have low back pain and i don’t feel anything in these stretches. do you think i can overstretch these?

    I was doing pull ups and guess what the bar came out from the door. Now my lower back hurts more than ever hope this helps

      Not everyone who needs help from these poses will understand the implications of, (therefore benefit from knowing) their yogic names. If someone, without ever knowing of yoga, discovers these poses on their own, it would not be right of anyone to tell him what to call what he is doing.
