      •2 cups of flour
      •1 tablespoon of baking powder
      •1 egg
      •3 tablespoons of margarine
      •Pinch of salt
      •Pinch of nutmeg
      • 1/2 cup of evaporated milk
      1/4 cup + 2 1/2 tablespoons of water
      • 2 tablespoons of sugar

      Did you follow the recipe accordingly? If you did, then seems the oil wasn’t in the right temperature before you added the dough. Was the oil hot enough?

      @@Zeziskitchen yes it was hot,it was too hot to the extent it was smoky i had to reduce it

      Seems you didn’t sometimes wrong, check the comment someone had tried it and came out nice, I have gotten reviews on IG too concerning this review.
      Measure correctly using standard cup. Some cups tend to be bigger or get the type I used in video.

      Never say never!! It all points down to who you are selling to. Remember the difference between roadside chip n the ones in the supermarket is PACKAGING
