LifeWithRozy,Can you tell me what the words "chin chin" mean in Nigerian speech? According to its meaning I want to give it a name in Spanish, the language I speak, to start selling it, always respecting its origin in the country, thank you very much for answering me; greeting from the jungle of Peru.

Except for the eggs and baking powder, we make this in Trinidad and Tobago but we call it kurma. It's then coated in a sugar syrup. Greetings from us 🇹🇹

I like the pineapple flavor you added. You can use any oil of your choice but not palm oil😂🤣the cutting part is excellent. Yes the avacado oil will really help the chin chin in the oven not to dry up👍the fresh rosemary is a perfect idea I use onion but I need to try the fresh rosemary flavor. I wish I can get some set of chin chin with fresh rosemary flavor from the screen 😂 the packaging is superb, it is beautiful my lovely sister. You did an excellent job, kudos 👍

Nice recipe. I discover That the quantity produced by 1k varies. Sometimes, I get 15 of the disposable cups which is 4 ounces, and sometimes I get less for the same 1 kg. What could be the cause? Also, I left the ones that yielded 15 cups to rest for almost 1hr, then the ones with a lower yield, 25 mins
