Usually I don’t bother about how many hours I have lay over at Qatar Airport but I have never gone into the city .I have been thinking of having my Birthday in Qatar sometime in April . Is their anyway that expats/foreigners can learn more about the laws and regulations in the country? It's important as a foreigner to be aware of them. If changes happen often, how are you notified?
