Sam you need a makers mark to stamp into your makes, especially if you're putting them in public spaces so people can find you for potential commissions
Hola! 🖐Nice video and nice little build. Glad to see you killing it on your own. Wishing you the best and much success! Take care and have a good one, Adios!👊
Yes Sam you definitely need to get a stamp for your work. I really appreciate the thought that you put into that for such a small piece deserved the thought process that you excellent work nice job
It's educational for me to watch someone, like you, who has the experience and knowledge gained from working for years in a shop with All The Tools, make do with a shop similar to what someone like me has. Thanks, and keep it up.
Great work, I'm glad I followed you from your time on John's channel. Nice to see even in America you have small shops. Greetings from a small workshop in the UK. Keep up the great work.
Regarding making one all the way through, I’ve always said “you go to school on your first”. Meaning you learn what not to do, and where the pit falls are the first time you do something. I like the videos you’re putting out.
The router for the curved shape is certainly a good option. But if you prefer the bandsaw method you really dont need a sander afterwards. Get a cheap spokeshave and you will be fine.
You could use a keyhole bit on the back of the top shelf and not have to add the extra wood and you could mount it that way. It would keep the shelf a little more sleek and keep some weight off.
Great job, brother! Looks really clean. I like that you're making use of Ash. It's an underrated wood for sure. And as a fellow small shop owner, everything you did seems do-able for myself as well! I was wondering if you'd want to have a small chunk of the plywood your router was mounted on also on the opposite side of the router so everything was at the same height? With the flush trim bit it appears it didn't make a difference, but just something I observed!
You’re probably right that it should be spaced up the same. I didn’t notice any real effect. The router was still flush to the work piece from the flex of the janky jig

The hype is real over here! Thanks for doing this work for us :)
"I'm kind of terrified... But in theory it should work" -- I have said that a thousand times. 😂😂
Thanks for another great video! Keep it up!

Your router bit is call a COVE bit. Bullnose is usually an edge treatment where the top and bottom of the edge is rounded over

Essential sound effects.
Keep crushing it Sam, as always wishing you the best !
Thank you for the continued support, I appreciate you!
Nice '1st' project 👍🏻
Was anyone else searching for a reaction from John Malecki or am I the only one here? In that case I'll show myself out 🤭

Love that!
I agree with Sarah. You need a branding iron with your makers mark on it. Great job. The gym should be pleased with what you did. You rocked this one.
Sam it's great to see and hear that you're getting commission work coming into you already, talk about a flying start!!! As alway's buddy 💯% 👍 🇬🇧.
Shoutout to the Phil Gaimon cookie bottle!
Good eye!!
Nice job, the shelf looks great! The new lights at the end make a huge difference.
Awesome video. Very cool to see the entire process of prototyping.
Glad you liked it!
I mean literally can’t wait have to go see you in 12h 😂
This Ryobi days sale usually in May/June should buy the $99 batteries and pick up the FREE TOOL, belt sander or the trim router
Sam your killing it 👍

@@SamGreenMaker clearly it turned out just fine! So nothing lost at all. I'm sure the flush trim bit did the trick
Is that a giant bird's nest above your miter saw?
Erosion Mat for grass
@@SamGreenMaker ha! nice. I've seen your Ego stuff around too. I have that leaf blower (among other things). Good stuff.
