I am from Texas and I don't mind beans, but I use black beans. I like a hotter chili, so I make a chili paste from dried peppers that I've rehydrated and blend up. It looked like a good mild chili, though I've never heard of this v8 trick. Good job, Sam. Look forward to the next video.
After all that time working with Malecki and that's the best cutting board you show us? ha ha..... love the idea of campfire cooking. Chili looks excellent.
Lmao🤣 I'm from Texas and yes sir you are correct, chili does not have beans in it but it's your channel so do whatever you like. Also it's a free country, right!? Lol Great video.
If you have trouble running meat through a grinder, try popping the meat in the freezer for about 15 minutes or so, until the meat is frosty and firms up a bit but not frozen solid. It helps the blades cut through the connective tissue better, rather than mushing it around and causing clogs.
Looks delicious. Can't wait to see more videos soon my friend Sam. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friend. Fab On. Weld On. Keep Making. God Bless.
Congrats on your running accomplishments! Texan here, and I don't agree with the no beans thing. Chili is great with beans, in my opinion. It's a dish that lends itself to using leftovers and pantry staples! Great audio improvements. Thank you for taking the time to make this video!
Hi Sam... ever thought about doing Carnivore for your runs... I here it’s good for your health...I have been doing Carnivore for 3 years now and I am 65 years old going on 35 years old.... BBBE..Dr Ken Berry.. PS.. If you find this to be a healthier life style keep it to yourself..We can’t have to many Healthy people...
@@SamGreenMaker you know Cholesterol is a myth...you need cholesterol for brain function... That’s what you find out when you do Carnivore proper.. If you watch any of Dr Ken Berry..Lies my doctor tells me.. Sorry about this but only trying to help...you are young enough to see the better side to health..
if there's something I don't like, it's the mismatched speaking and music. music is too loud compared to speaking. I don't like constantly turning up when you say something and turning down when the music starts. I'm telling you this for your own good and for your channel's progress.
I’m a simple man. I see a Sam Green video, I like it/watch it.
I like to add bourbon to mine. Admittedly, it’s just all bourbon, simmered over no heat, in a glass. With 1 ice cube. Do with that what you wish
Great video Sam ! Keep the cooking ones going

Me too. First time I saw him was when he beat Bobby Flay on his own show. Not many did that

V8? Will have to try that one haha
Sounds really tasty! I need to make some chili again soon!
V8 juice. Respect.
I like to add a big dollop of sour cream!
@ 10:00 She thicc.
I have heard some people will add a little 90% cocoa chocolate towards the end. No idea how well it works, but it's good.
I keep meaning to try that!
For whatever reason you video's aren't popping up in my feed anymore.
Oh no. That’s not good. Wonder why

I’ve read some stuff about it. Not tried it. I worry about my cholesterol with that much ribeye 😂
