Very nice, thanks for sharing. Please consider checking the two bolts that secure the mechanics to the fuse. Only one of mine was seated, and the other was loose/wouldn’t tighten? Seems the bolts were only 6mm long - so I replaced them longer ones to fully engage the blind nuts under the plywood. Otherwise, no loose bolts anywhere after 1.5 hours of flying. Happy Landings! 😉

Thank you. Head speed at 100%, tail rotor at stock setting.
Which mode are you flying? GPS? 3D? ATT? 6G?
Did you have to calibrate it with a computer before you flew it or did it fly right out of the box?
I didn’t calibrate it.

Andrej, this machine looks really great in the air and you were flying it really fast when you tilted her a lot forward ! You were flying her all the time fully manual? Even when your camera operator was doing the walk around? The flighttime You answered to another comment is very impressive with such a good rest voltage per cell! Wow!
Hi. I was flying in manual mode, except when I was filming it with my phobne, at that time the heli was hovering in GPS mode. One thing that I don't like about otherwise good Scale version of H1 GPS FC is that you can set the TH% only for GPS mode - that means if you set the TH% to 65% it will be at 65% only in GPS mode, when you switch from GPS to manual mode the TH% will always go to 100%. Now, as I 95% fly in manual mode that's not good as the head speed on 4s is unnecessary high which drains the battery more, the heli is too fast (I could easily do soft 3D with that head speed). So I will try to use a 3s Lipo next and see if that's acceptable. My Bell 206 V1 has a lower head speed at 100%, which was ideal for scale flying. I also have to set some more expo because the heli was too responsive for nice scale flying.
@@AndrejSturm Thank you for your explanation! I have seen how fast this helicopter was flying, it looked even a bit scary for a scale heli in one moment, especially for a huey. The limitations in Throttle % are a big disadvantage. Do you have any "traditional" scale heli, means a for examlpe 450 mechanic of a normal 3D heli in a scale fuselage, like Roban produces? I think you as great manual pilot would have so much more tuning and setup possibilities with such a traditional kit. If I get a bigger scale I will probably go this way. But for a 4 S battery this performance is extremely impressive!
Infact I have a 450 size MD500 fuselage on the way for my ALZRC X360 3D helicopter, this is going to be another nice scale heli in my collection :) And I am also waiting to receive a 250 size scale MD500 fuselage for my OMPHobby M2 Explore heli. For my Huey I will try to use a 3s Lipo next and see how it will go, will post a video when I will do that test flight.
