    Thanks for reaffirming my belief .
    I use - Turmeric, Organic dry ginger powder, black pepper, salt and cinnamon while cooking.
    Hahah, i even marinate my chicken with curd, salt, ginger powder and black pepper and cook in cold pressed sesame oil and i love my meals. never felt like i am on dieting. And i still stay under limit of 70g of fat as per my body weight with enough unsaturated fat. I can relate to what you say always. Thanks for being out there and bursting the myths like this.

    Last part is amazing sir. Common people are not going to gym to compete in bodybuilding shows. So, don't blindly follow what the bodybuilders are doing. They have different goals and you have different goals.

      Plenty of videos on that already. Unless you were looking to increase strength on such lifts that has more to do with designing a proper strength protocol. The basics of the lift have been the same for ages

    Most of the thumbnails u put fr ur videos look sarcastic in nature and that actually refrain lot of people from clicking on it despite having good content. Informative​ title than a sarcastic one will probably attract more viewers. Just a suggestion. I like ur videos though. Good luck

    Yes! I have just started my weightloss journey and people who get around advise me to cut down the usage of spices in meals ,most particularly salt. More,the myth is still floating in the minds of folks that boiled chicken helps reducing excess fat in your body.
    Umm! I was confused but after some search I realized whats better and whats not.

    I followed boiled chicken and all rubbish for many months. lot of times I vomited because of tastelessness initially.
    Later I studied in-depth whats in spices. talked to a doctor and got to know there is nothing harmful in that.
    I started eating normal fry chicken with less oil as possible and simple as possible.
    now my weight increased 12 kgs. i was underweight for my entire life. I'm so happily healthy.
    What what u like but eat healthy. that's it.

    Whenever I watch your video I feel why this guy trying to make dumb people aware.. I had been telling all this for years, but Nobody cared and now I don't care... people go to those who promise them quick and big results in 3 or 6 months.. and when I say fitness isn't 3 or 6 months its a habit, people run away and i feel like . Ok..No issues, if people want to get cheated let them.. I am no body to save them....

    The other day I (do home workout) was talking to my friend (who competed in body building recently) about my veg day diet ( for Tuesday and Thursday)and I told him that for lunch and dinner I eat two rotis and lots of veggies and some sprout with masala for taste and he said that I was having an unclean diet since I was adding spices to my food and wont help me lose extra fat. That didn't make sense at all to me logically but I can't blame him since people blindly believe whatever their trainer preach them.
