    A few additional things for beginners..
    1. Before cooking, make slits into the chicken pieces and marinate them for 10 to 15 mins with ginger garlic paste.
    2. Then on Medium flame add oil. Once oil is heated then add the marinated chicken and continue with Paaji's recipe.
    The reason that's important is coz.. ginger and garlic burns when added to the oil directly and looses all its flavour also spluttering on you.
    The slits save that flavor and also make sure the spices enter the chicken and are juicy and tasty at the end of it all.
    Learnt it the hard way during my initial cooking years.
    Great video! Good quick presentation. Comfortable to watch.
    P.S. if possible, like someone pointed out use iron skillet.
    Enjoy!

    For those who wanted to know why chicken is softer when frozen and thawed.
    Freezing makes the chicken tender because the water forms a tetrahedral cage structure when it freezes and expands, bursting the cells of the chicken muscle. That makes it tender when thawed, and it also juicy.
    Paaji knows this I know, so it's not for him 😊

I make some green chutney with it as well that has a lots of coriander, tomatoes, one onion, ginger and garlic and green chillies. Blend all them together and voila.. you have the best of the best self made quick biryani with you.

      Was just thinking that. Looks to be great recipe ,think kids will enjoy it. , just that he shld change his cooking pan, the teflon coating is gone, it is unhealthy to cook in such pans. In fact, I avoid them altogether.

    sirji i will be honest.. this recipe is good but really requires more efforts and ingredients.. one who come after gym is really exhausted and can't always cook like this.. what i do is put lemon juice with just salt, pepper and coriander powder on chicken.. marinate a bit.. and then put in a pan with butter.. it takes nearly 10-15 min in medium flame.. and it looks and taste really very good

    • @vsingh3493
      @vsingh3493 5 років тому +1

      If you are cooking after coming from gym, you are doing it wrong. The body needs quickly digestible protein within 60-90 minutes of workout. Chicken is going to take 3-5 hours to digest so there is no point just eating this after the workout. The immediate source of protein after workout should be a protein shake for immediate absorption and better results. Chicken should be secondary. Also, this recepie has too many spices, will cause bloating and gastric problems if consumed on regular basis.
