2 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups water
00:00 Introduction
00:25 2 cups of flour,1/2 tsp salt and 2 cups water
01:22 mix together and sieve to remove any lumps
02:02 steam batter for 1 minutes
02:52 apply oil to each sheets
03:54 brush batter on the pan to form a round skin

There is Oil right?
For the Second method did you use the same BATTER?
