  • In this video, we’re preparing a mouthwatering treat: Air Fryer Spring Rolls. These rolls offer a healthier option that’s just as delectable as their deep-fried counterparts. Packed with flavorful ground pork, colorful veggies, tofu, mushrooms, and other delightful ingredients, they’re wrapped in delicate rice paper. These savory bites are perfect snack for a quick nibble.
    INGREDIENTS
    • 500 grams Ground Pork
    • 4 cloves Garlic (Minced)
    • 1 tsp Grated Ginger
    • 200 grams Tofu (Diced)
    • 1 cup Carrots (Shredded)
    • 2 cups Napa Cabbage (Shredded)
    • 1/2 cup Wood Ear Mushroom or Shiitake Mushroom (Sliced)
    • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
    • 1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
    • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
    • 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine or cooking wine
    • 1 tsp White Pepper
    • Salt (if necessary)
    • 2 tsp Cornstarch
    • 2 to 3 stalks Green Onion (Chopped)
    • 10 to 12 Rice Paper or Spring Roll Sheets
    INSTRUCTIONS
    • Sauté garlic and ginger in a wok over medium-high heat for a minute with 1 tablespoon of oil.
    • Add the pork and continue cooking until it is almost cooked.
    • Add carrots, cabbage, and mushrooms and cook until they are wilted.
    • Add diced tofu and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
    • In the meantime, in a bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, white pepper, and cornstarch. Mix well.
    • Pour the sauce mixture into the wok and stir until the sauce is fully incorporated (about 2 minutes).
    • Add salt if necessary.
    • Add the chopped green onion and give it a quick stir. Remove the wok from the heat and allow the stuffing to cool to room temperature.
    • Using a medium-sized piece of rice paper, place about 3 tablespoons of the filling about 2 inches above the bottom corner of the wrapper.
    • Tightly roll the wrapper and fill it halfway.
    • Fold the left edge over right up against the edge of the filling, then fold the right edge over (like an envelope).
    • Finish by continuing to roll until the flap seals itself against the roll.
    • Brush the spring rolls with oil and air fry at 400°F for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
