I can’t thank you enough for this recipe. I can no longer consume wheat products and love crunchy snacks. I actually have all of the ingredients too. Just cooked an enormous batch of basmati rice and thought, why? Now I know. ♥️from SW Ontario Canada 🇨🇦
Thank you so much for this great recipe .Made these today & they turned out great. Made a few adjustments: used half butter and half coconut oil. Used coconut flour as I had no rice flour. The the 2nd batch I added turmeric powder, smoked paprika and garlic powder. Nice and yellow.😊
UA-cam stopped recommending me your videos so I deliberately search for them whenever I remember. Love that are able to show great amd detailed recipes in such a small time. No unnecessary chatter and well timed videos make you stand out from other cooking channels. Can you pls share which oven/OTG or microwave oven you use. I want to buy one and an expert like you can give the right suggestion. Thanks!
Growing up we used to keep it in the sun for days and deep fry it later. It was a staple in our home. Loved that you made a healthy and tasty version of it. Hi! from California, USA.
Hi, I have always watched Asian and African people dry foods in the sun and I would like to do the same. I noticed that bugs and other insects don't seem to be attracted to the food that is drying. How can I prevent insects from being attracted to food outdoors. Is there something I need to do or know? Thanks in advance.
I have not seen any cooking channel till date like My Lock down Rasoi..Only point to point ,detailed and easy to make recipes without any Dialogues or show put up...Hats off..

Beautiful. Only one thing, I guess some ppl like me add salt to their rice, usually most her don't, anyways, if you DO, then I guess in the rice mixture when grinding, be careful least to end up with too salty chips. But really 1st time I saw, very good idea. Easy and fresh too. Thanks.
These are very close to what we call Sandige in Kannada. It is traditional and made in various shapes, sun dried over 4 to 5 days during mid summer and natured for rest of the year. Required spices are added to the thick batter already. But traditional variety is deep fried. Oven baked ones are most welcome. Thank you.
Thank you for posting this. I was wondering if you could just add the spices to the batter, I will try it this way. I may even try "baking" them in the sun in my hot car in the summer.
I've just made and I'm surprised. Very good. But it needed little more water for that consistency and I added the spice to the. mixture b4 cooking them...I also used cornstarch as didn't have rice flour
I tried this and it is simple, great and tasty. Did 1/3 normal, 1/3 with paprika powder and 1/3 with chili powder. Will do it more and will try more flavors
