Doubt: Would curcumin bcm 95 (biocurcumin) be the same as curcumin 95 sold by other brands? Between now foods' long-life curcumin and biocurcumin (bcm95) which would have greater bioavailability?
If it's BCM 95, it is definitely a good form of curcumin. However, we always like to look at the complete label to determine if it's a great product. Typically you want 500+ mg of the curcumin. There are also formulas that add in things like black pepper, boswellia, and others that can help reduce inflammation and improve absorption of the curcumin as well.
bcm95 is a raw material that is used by many brands. just look for that on label. it guarantees purity. ed
