Tenho um prado a disel com motor 1KZ-TE ele da partida mas não pega e tentei envestigar e disconto que a válvula selenoide de abertura do gasóleo não recebe corrente como deve ser, a penas aparece o positivo no fio vermelho e o outro fio azul que devia ter o negativo não tem nada. Gostaria de ter uma ajuda pra este caso obrigado.

Naa man, their is a solenoid in the SCV which the ECU sends a "duty signal" DC voltage anywhere between 0-12v. Mine measures about 10v at the plug. I put 12v DC on my SCV on/off multiple times which loosened up the solenoid which had become sticky and resolved a problem I was having with cold starts and also made the car run much better. That was over a year ago and the pump is still running well.
Hi! I got the fuel pump refurbished today. Its working fine now but the check light sign comes on and off again and again. Particularly at low rpms. Any idea whats going on?
HOw many volts is the battery that ur using? i got a pump and tried to crank the car with only the 12v input to the SPlill valve (all the other plugs are off) and there is no diesel coming out of the pump, is that means that the pump is broken ?
нет, он так не работает. и так у вас мотор в разнос пойдет. этот клапан управляет моментом начала впрыска. включать его от акб - не особо полезно (ну от севшей, на 6 вольт - возможно и не спалите). но клапан вы так не проверите, точнее убедитесь - что он как-то работает, ито не факт. данный клапан срабатывает каждый раз, чтобы включить форсунку.
Hello brother I have Toyota hilux has the same pump . It’s making too much smoke when I turn it on and makes choppy noise from the engine . Mechanic told me it’s from the injector pump any idea if it’s from it and what would be the issue of the pump ? Thanks
Hi brother , I have a question for you . I have a 1996 Landcruiser prado import 1kzte that ive had for 4yrs . It's starts first go every time for the past 4yrs I've had it . The existing problem I have is that once it's started & temp Needle has moved ready to drive it. I go to drive & it don't have power as it use to . Once driven for 15min plus then I have full power . During that 15min drive the engine light does come on & off several times only when accelerating but goes away when off the throttle. I've tried total deisel system cleaner with 2 full tanks & no change. Replaced the fuel filter still no change . Cleaned the air temp sensor , no change. Changed the injectors (brand new) still no change. I've run out of ideas 💡 . Any info is greatly appreciated.

One pipe leads the diesel to the pump and the other returns to the tank

Maybe a timing issue replace the grey sensor with a higher or lower value depending on what the degrees on the cam angle is.
