People throw these catfish back all the time. The wound was superficial. The fish was ok. I would have seen it if is didn't make it. There was no one home to clean the fish
there was probably no point putting it back after the wounds it got from shaking around while having the doggos teeth in its flesh, shoulda deboned it and fed it to her haha
if my retriever catches something generally edible, ill at least prepare it for his sake and add it to his food. though I would have been more concerned with this fish, their poisonous spine is no joke, the bite to the head surely killed it anyway
puppuh caught the fish fair and square, should have killed it, gutted it, cooked it, and given the puppuh some, catfish is pretty tasty when its cleaned and cooked properly
