Maam I am having ifb 30 litre conv oven .. Everytime my cake and cookies outer becomes burnt if I bake for given time ... I bake at 180degree ... if I reduce time it's not baking inside ...please suggest
Ma'am I'm planning to make ganache tomorrow, but when I saw ur ganache recipe I found that after 4-5hrs the ganache was not the spreading consistency? However in this video the texture of the ganache is different. Is there something I'm missing?
Usually ganache hardens after setting. You can either MW it for 5 seconds to bring it to spreadable consistency or beat it with a fork to change the consistency.
