easy to do....get a rectangle piece of acetate (a firmer type of food grade plastic) and do diagonal lines one way, then the other direction, and then roll it in the shape of a tube and tape the plastic so it keeps the shape then cool and release....very simple

I decorated with chocolate garnishing.. which i made using compound chocolate... it was awsm... thnk u very very much ..☺ One question plz.. Would u plz suggest some good compound chocolate brands.. ?
For setting in the freezer just for until the icing has set maybe 10 mins but if u put it in the fridge then it will take longer mayb 30/40 mins After the cake is finished keep in the fridge . Take it out 20/30 mins before you eat it

Maybe you are over baking? Cake kept in the fridge hardens a bit like butter but once u take it out , it should soften after sometime You can also add 1/4 cup of oil and 50 gms of butter instead of 100 gms of butter and add 1/4 cup of milk powder

Hmmm I suppose a lot of ppl do freeze the cakes but I have never done so. Yes there are professional freezers for freezing cakes But I think u can freeze them in your regular home fridge freezer too. But do try to make fresh as much as possible.

Maybe you are over baking?
Cake kept in the fridge hardens a bit like butter but once u take it out , it should soften after sometime
You can also add 1/4 cup of oil and 50 gms of butter instead of 100 gms of butter and add 1/4 cup of milk powder

I'm afraid not. You will have to source compound chocolate or couverture chocolate which is a bit diff to handle and there is a huge price difference too.

Hmmm I suppose a lot of ppl do freeze the cakes but I have never done so.
Yes there are professional freezers for freezing cakes
But I think u can freeze them in your regular home fridge freezer too.
But do try to make fresh as much as possible.
