      Sheetal Parikh yes u can , it will last a few days or more . Store in good quality Tupperware .

    Mam I always like your video. I always see and follow u. U have make truffle sauce cake. In this which cream u have used , and which butter salt or unsaulted. U have make truffle sauce two times. While making truffle sauce we kept in refrigerator for set or room temp. I will try.

      easy to do....get a rectangle piece of acetate (a firmer type of food grade plastic) and do diagonal lines one way, then the other direction, and then roll it in the shape of a tube and tape the plastic so it keeps the shape then cool and release....very simple

      If you do a lot of cooking n baking go for the large one
      But for cakes you must buy a good large oven like Morphy Richards or Bajaj.

      For setting in the freezer just for until the icing has set maybe 10 mins but if u put it in the fridge then it will take longer mayb 30/40 mins
      After the cake is finished keep in the fridge . Take it out 20/30 mins before you eat it

      Because of the butter. So take it out 20 mins before serving. Or take one slice n microwave for a few seconds

      Yes it is just keep it in fridge a few minutes longer and mix it well before putting in the piping bag

    Hello mam ur all cakes recepies r awesome n the way as u demonstrate is also good.mam I also tried the cake many times ,the taste is always good bt after icing the cake became little hard( bread part) while slicing .that was not as soft as shown in cake recipes or available in markt.pls guide me wt could be the reason in my receipe

      Maybe you are over baking?
      Cake kept in the fridge hardens a bit like butter but once u take it out , it should soften after sometime
      You can also add 1/4 cup of oil and 50 gms of butter instead of 100 gms of butter and add 1/4 cup of milk powder

    Thanks Manju ma'am for the awesome recipe. I have never tried making ganache or truffle sauce at home. Can you please tell which chocolate and which cream have you used for making truffle sauce.

      I've used Puratos compound chocolate and Amul cream
      You can use 2 palette knives

    a new fan of yous from pakistan.
    I really want to know if we can make such decorations using cocoa powder , sugar and cream. will the result be the same? kindly tell me,,as having compound chocolate is not easy for me, but I do love baking n hav baked lots n lots of chocolate cakes.       I'm afraid not. You will have to source compound chocolate or couverture chocolate which is a bit diff to handle and there is a huge price difference too.
      Can u not buy online?

      Hmmm I suppose a lot of ppl do freeze the cakes but I have never done so.
      Yes there are professional freezers for freezing cakes
      But I think u can freeze them in your regular home fridge freezer too.
      But do try to make fresh as much as possible.

      It's difficult to make good cream at home
      Pls buy Rich's cream for baking
      And for making truffle fresh cream or Amul fresh cream is very good too
