I have been following Jonni S. since the beginning of this year and as a result, have lost over 25lbs and have cut so that my muscle finally "pops". That was/is my goal and for that, I am grateful to you, Mr, Shreve! However, over the last few months, you've departed from your excellent training videos which is truly where you shine!! The disc jockey video yesterday and the other video subjects with Dr. Mike, Turk (really??) etc., (tabloidesque to be sure..) have been very concerning to me and so many others who respect you as a coach/authority on building muscle/losing fat. I pray you'll get back on track with your coaching videos again. God's Peace be with you, Jonni! p.s. I have put my money where my mouth is and have purchased several of you ebooks, including your Ultimate PPL which is excellent! I highly recommend it!! p.s.s. You don't have to sell so hard. We love YOU!!!
Not bad , I guess it’s ok for people who don’t like the gym, or a husband an wife (boyfriend, girlfriend) who wanna work out together. But for me even at 69, there’s just something about getting my ass in the gym, an feeling the energy walking through the door. Like just last week here in NYC on thanksgiving day it was raining pretty hard that morning. I still went anyway thinking not many people would be there and man it was packed with everyone going hard. That’s what I’m talking about! Keep up the good work Johnnie
I feel like the ring would get in the way a little but all in all I love the concept of the overall product. May have to consider it in the future whenever I can get into another house.
I use that same belt Jonni has with my Tonal, got some T-adapters to fit the arms, and turned Tonal’s barbell front squat into a belt squat. I also got some ankle straps, same T-adapters, and used the single leg RDLs into lying leg curls by lying face down on the flat bench Tonal provided. As Jonni said, you can get creative and utilize excercises not specifically programmed in.
I did a fair bit of research on these magnetic resistance 'total' gyms and had a look at this one along with a few others. All hands pointed to the Vitruvian Trainer and I purchased this with ZERO regrets. Would buy it all over again. The MOST magnetic resistance of all of them and modes that incorporate things like "Echo" which magnify your intensity back to you so you're always pushing it to the limit. Have a look at this unit before making the decision as in my opinion, it blows away the rest!
Great unit. Have it for over a year so far. There is NO subscription and as long as you buy it before there is a subscription possibility in the future, you will be grandfathered in and will never pay a subscription. Machine is built very strong.
Hear the "but old school is better" crying :D A lot of cool functionalities. Is there are collections of custom training that you can manage, export, import? And there is no weight, right? It's electronicaly controlled? Which is an advantage because it allow the machine to help you (the spotting thing) and it must be easier to setup in your home.
What’s your opinion on how heavy the weight feels vs free weights and machines? I know that with my system the magnetic weight certainly feels heavier at the same load than it would vs free weights.
I would 1000% love to get this since im growing more and more annoyed by public gyms. One thing you didnt mention was subscription. Im positive it has one like all the others and that stops me from buying. I understand thats how they make the unit more affordable but i cant spend a fortune on the equipment and then continue paying to be able to use it. Id pay the subscription happily (like a gym membership) if the equipment was free (obviously that would be a logistical nightmare) or pay a much higher equipment cost if it could be used without a subscription but paying for the both is ridiculous.
I bit the bullet and bought one last month overall I really like it but there is a few things that annoy me that they could make better In an updated model
You can tell he hasn’t done many of those. There are specific feats that they may have asked him to talk about. If it’s not your thing, you need to work on it. He likes to talk about technique and not the feats of a machine lol
I don't know if he is doing a review or advertising the part. If a review way too long . Just mention the main features and what you like and don't like. Video would be good if you have one already.
It's so cool and to a point beneficial but to pay a subscription is not it. Would be better if their were specific apps you can download which you pay for once if you want additional functions and guides. Only flaw to it all
All you need is a total gym, it’s inspired by Chuck Norris. Oh and some dumbbells and resistance bands. No need to spend thousands of dollars on workout machines like this.

If you use the smart handles then the button is built into the handle and you won't have to wear the ring.
Are you still enjoying it now after another month?

its way heavier then machines!
I have the speediance as well. I love it but I also love the gym lol
Good review, I just like going to the gym.I also want free weights more than cables and tech.Thats just me.

@@vitico123ful My understanding is that the Speediance does not have a subscription - that’s what I’ve heard in multiple reviews so far anyway
No, it does not have a subscription, at least not yet. I own one.

Thanks for sharing. Good review
Honestly read from the script they gave him 😂
These things always break in a year or two I've tried them all .
If only Jonni and Dr Mike would come with me to prom....
honestly, it came across like your heart wasnt in it. There was a lack of enthusiam compared to your other videos.
@@MiddletoM I took it as more of not done many of these sorts of videos. But I am new to this channel the last couple months.

Meh it’s a paid ad, not exactly something he’ll be super passionate about

TURK???
