Soft and Gooey Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie in a Pan | Quick and Easy Recipe

Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie in a pan is a great idea for cookie lovers and is perfect for any occasion. Warm, gooey, soft inside and a little bit crunchy outside, it is so delicious.
Top a warm cookie with some chocolate pieces and a scoop of ice-cream, it will melt in your mouth.
Ingredients:
120g butter, melted
130g brown/raw sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
180g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp (not full) baking soda
120g chocolate chips
Cake pan size: 20cm
Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and bake in the oven 180C/350F for about 23 - 25 min.
+ chocolate for decoration (optional)
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream (optional).
