    Do you have any tips on how to engage your core instead of your back muscles when doing exercises because i find it really hard to distinguish between them and usually end up getting back pain

    Hi, how many reps of this would you suggest? I could really use the strength in the back legs, hips and lower back. I could feel those areas being worked when I did this! Thank you!
