Great product. Yes, a perfect drink for distance running. The chocolate was a bit stubborn in mixing but it did not affect the taste. This product is also helpful when breaking a fast.
Think the chocolate is meant to be mixed with warm water

I enjoy these with a 16oz Cold water bottle. After testing the sample pack, I order the value 4 pack. Flavors I choose are Citrus, Raspberry, Orange and Lemon Habanero. The chocolate with pure water may not be the best route, lol. Chocolate may be best suited with coffee or chocolate protein shake, for me anyways.
Def. think the chocolate is meant for coffee but props to you for going with the habanero!!!!

The citrus carbonated in our sodastream tastes like a slightly salty Fresca. Delicious (although my sister didn't like it but she has bad taste).
Yeah the citrus is good. Most of the flavors are good if you mix them to your salt level

@@NoFate247 - So I do intermittent fasting, and it's important to get a push of electrolytes mid-fast. I typically take salt and magnesium throughout the day (it doesn't break the fast). It's the potassium where I have issues. The normal powder bloats me terribly. So I'm seeking a new source of potassium that I can take mid-fast. This supposedly will accomplish that. I just wish they weren't so expensive.

I looked all over for HOW to drink these because it recommends 32oz of water with a packet....I don't have a container that big. Thank you for verifying that I need to add more water to make it worth the effort of getting it into my system.

I started with the 20 buck pak with samples LMNT and decided to order the big box and I clearly stated No subscription but today I got another box and I still have 3/4 of the first box. At 135 bucks a box I cannot afford more of the LMNT paks. CAREFUL FOLKS!

I just got some samples from them and the card says four the least amount of salty flavor that they recommend is 32 ounces of water with one packet I’m going to try that tomorrow it’ll be my first time trying them so hopefully it’s not too salty I hate salt water
If you don't like salt water do at least 32 Oz. I mixed one with a gallon once and thought it was good

The carbs are non existent low so I would think if you are diabetic they would be fine but consult your doctor. I go over the taste at 2:00

In my Ninja blender, I blend …1/2 packet (3gram) LMNT chocolate in my coffee (12 oz)with 10 grams butter…very good ‼️

Your body needs at least 2300mg of sodium a day, and a lot people are on salt restriction. And of course many are salt sensitive because of high carbohydrates intakes in the USA. If you’re on keto or even on very low carb intake, an electrolyte is definitely needed more or you can feel weak, fatigue or have an headache after or during a sweat.

How is that healthy to have 40% of your recommended sodium in a day
I didn't say it was healthy but if you are severely dehydrated and mix this with as much water as described it'll help you rehydrate
If you do some research there are actually studies showing that higher sodium intake is healthier then low sodium intake as long as you are drinking enough water and your other electrolytes(Magnesium and Potassium) are in the proper ratios. Just because the government says to limit salt intake doesn't mean its healthy just like how they say to eat mostly carbs and hardly any protein and low fat.
Dude, you got this all wrong. You need to redo your review. Makes this with 32 ounces of seltzer water and then refrigerate it overnight. Making it with 10 ounces of water, makes it taste like absolute shit. Making it with 32 ounces of seltzer makes it amazing.
Started OMAD 10 days ago & this stuff has been a game changer.
Here’s the BEST way to do it. Night before, take a 32oz (or something approximate) bottle of plain seltzer. Open bottle & pour about 2/3 of seltzer into a bowl. (I use a plastic mixing bowl that has a pour spout since this lets you easily pour it back into the bottle.) You need to pour a good amount out, otherwise everything will fizz up & overflow when you add the LMNT powder to it. (Sort of like all those viral videos you see of people adding Mentos to Coke, just not as severe). So, after you pour out the seltzer, take some scissors, open the packet of LMT (my favorite is mango chili) & pour it in. Put the cap back on bottle and give it to gentle shake. Then, pour the seltzer from bowl back into the bottle slowly. Cap it and put 32 oz.
bottle in the refrigerator. In the morning you’ll have a super cold, super tasty beverage that you can sip on throughout the day. I drink a little bit of this when I wake up, followed by a cup of bulletproof coffee or a flat white made with heavy cream from Starbucks. I continue to sip the LMNT drink throughout the day, especially when I start to get hunger pains. For me, 5 PM is the magic hour. That is when I can eat my meal. I try to consume my one meal within one or two hours. Having this “magic water” and drinking it throughout the day has allowed me to easily eat one meal a day and not think about food until 5 PM.

Yeah I'd say a Quart at least especially with the surprisingly likeable Mango Chili. Orange (aka Tang) so far has been my favourite of the sampler but I can't wait to try Citrus Salt.
