The defense attorney sitting there knows his client is screwed. He probably just wants to get the hell out of the courtroom as this case has so much evidence its a foregone conclusion.
That picture that shows the guy with the "hair" that ISN'T hair! That is a shadow. Take a look at the rear driver side window. There are dark shadows. It just happened to be at the height of the head so it appeared to be hair. Several Court TV commentators stated that his walk was not like the one in the video. I strongly disagree on that also. That walk was exactly like Telles's walk. Remember...he was on a mission when walking to or from the crime scene. Much different than a relaxed walk in the office.
